Door didn't close to the room, not square so you heard everything in the hall and could see out the crack. Stayed 5 days and no housekeeping. Had to get toilet paper and trash bags for the room ourselves.

Convenient location, staff were super friendly. Only hiccup was with paying for incidentals, the card reader wouldn't work. She had to run it from her side of the desk. Breakfast had lots of options and lots of space to sit and eat-- which was great because guests from 2 different weddings were there. Would recommend.

I booked the room a few months ago then when I get there the room I booked wasn't what I was supposed to get. The amount went up 42.00 more than my set amount. I am very upset and will not be returning.

The Hotels website listed that hotel had a hot tub. That was a major factor I selected that hotel, and I paid a higher rated than other hotels for that feature. The hotel did not have a hot tub.When we arrived I was told they only had two rooms available. One the TV was broken and the other the room door could not lock.

Was a good stay, but maintenence up keep can use some work. Our handheld shower head was broke and couldnt turn on. Towel hooks were dangling in the drywall. And one more pet peeve, there was no vending machines in any of the areas marked for vending. Had to make our way to the bottom floor to get a drink and snack with little option and stupid high upcharge. $3 for a 16oz soda is ridiculous when $1 would still be making a profit. Staff were nice and professional with no complaints. I booked through the app and it still took 5 minutes to get all situated. So all in all, its not the worst place ive stayed at, and if need be i would stay again. But there are things that could be worked on, such as the slow computers could be updated for a faster check in time.

The hotel had a weird smell in the lobby and hallway. The check in process took a long time and I had already pre checked in. I had a few ants in my room and not sure how much it was really cleaned during my stay. People working there were nice just not very efficient. Overall, just ok.

Check in manager on duty was more concerned with an up coming wedding roster than to simply check me in. I was made to wait, and wait. Many minutes went by when finally the person asking the wedding guest list questions suggested to the manager to focus her attention on checking me in. There was no call for this attitude. I felt that my choice to stay at this facility was not important. I had driven many hours and simply wanted to check into my reserved room. This was denied me for an unreasonable amount of time, in my mind. Not the best way to establish good customer relations. Will not be staying at Hampton lodging facilities down the road.

The shower doesn’t have shower gel nor a tray for hand held soap. Very awkward having to hold the soap while washing without a tray to place the soap.

Smelly swamp
Our first room felt like a swamp, and had a bad odor to it. Upon being given a new room, it too was humid, but bearable. Upon our return from an event, it was still very humid, only now the odor of urine was added to it. Upon hearing dogs in the room across the hall, we could only imagine that on previous visits, our room had been peed in by dogs. Regardless, it was someone/thing's urine and we vow to never stay at this hotel again, nor any hotel that is "pet friendly."

Hotel was clean and bright. The staff was incredibly kind and professional! The young woman who checked us in- Laura or Lauren, was fast efficient and polite. The dining room ladies were super helpful and kind and kept the buffet and coffee stocked!! Debbie went out of her way to make sure guests had what they needed. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. Would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodations were great. The hot breakfast was great. The location is great. The only problem was the fact that one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a pool which our grandson and our great-neice could enjoy. A very nice, not too deep pool. We got to use it once because the 2nd day they closed it for maintenance for the entire day. I was not told at check-in that the pool would be unusable.

The property was fine--not too crowded by other buildings, and with a fair amount of green space around it. But our room's heating system was a problem--it was alternately too hot and too cold no matter how we tried to use the thermostat. Finally, on our last, third night (a Sunday) I insisted something be done. The only remedy available was to change room, which the night clerk helped us do. Then the bathroom door in the new room got stuck, stranding one of us in the bathroom until that same clerk and a passing Good Samaratin with a small pliers moved the door open. I will stay somewhere else next time.

As always the Hampton inn stop is so friendly and able to help anytime we needed something. The beds are soft the linens are always clean it's a great place to stay. I look for a Hampton inn wherever we go.

When I booked through Expedia I asked for an accessible room. When we got there to check in they told me they didnt have any. Told me that going through a third party doesnt guarantee they have what I asked for. I guess I wont go through a third party next time!!

When we went to use the restroom and lifted up the toilet seat that was ready to fall off the top of the seat had matter on it. The clock radio was not plugged in, after plugging it in we discovered that you could not set the time and that is why it was unplugged. We were starting to relax when a group of men gathered in the patio area outside our window and proceeded to drink, loud laughing, and playing music. After three hours we called the desk as it was getting late but were told quiet hour was not until eleven and it was not even ten yet. The clerk said she would go down and ask them to quiet down some but as anyone knows that will accomplish nothing. This hotel appears to be declining, we have stayed here in the past but after this experience not again. Problems were presented to the front desk as we checked out as the manager was in a meeting. This being a Hilton family hotel I would think that it would be a better place to stay, obviously not.
Dirty toilet seat, I did check to make sure it was not paint as is visible by the clean line down the center.
