Room wasn’t ready till 6 pm when check in was at 3 pm. Hotel and Expedia did nothing to resolve the issue or right the wrong. Rooms are incredibly dated and grungy.

Our original check in time was at 3pm. They told us it would be later because they were running behind. While waiting we saw 3 other people check in, I go and ask why we can’t and they said it would be another 15 minutes. Once we finally were able to check in it wasn’t the room I originally reserved, I reserved two beds and we only had one and they would not change it. We also found a spider in the tub. I will never stay here again and do not recommend anyone stay here.

1s room: bed was sagging and unmade along with sewage smell coming up from bathroom floor tile. 2nd room: shower door broken, no amenities filled in shower, bathroom shower had mold, and air conditioner was extremely loud.

Clean rooms, excellent water pressure and hot water, soaps that are provided were so good i looked them up on Amazon too but. Beds not real comfortable but would most definitely stay here again.

The room above us it sounded like the people were working out. There was jumping up and down our ceiling was shaking till about midnight. We woke up to hearing doors slam, jumping again, and about 6 AM in the morning that we could hear someone’s dog barking. Room setup was nice- hotel needs updating mix matched lightbulbs, water damage in bathroom around tub. Tv stand and tv rattled when you walked. Our window was blowing cold air in. Breakfast was good- friendly staff in eating area.

Hotel is across the street from Mizzou, which is very convenient for visits. There was plenty of parking and the hotel staff were friendly. The room and hotel were clean. The vending machines were out of water on every floor, but you could still buy water bottles at the main desk. We were only there for one night, so it was perfect for our stay.

Okay, but not worth the price.
Parking was in the back, which was unexpected and more difficult unloading with kids. Room was fine, good TV and okay beds. Bathroom had some wear and tear and the sink didn't drain properly. The pool was okay. They were filling it up with cold hose water while we were trying to swim, so that was not great. Overall okay, but not what we expected for the price.

We were awaken by a barking dog staying in the hotel for at least 20 to 25min. Told them at checkout and nothing was done. Not even a sorry.

I can not brag enough about Paul & the man (sorry, I didn’t get his name) who provided us the wheel chair. Paul went above & beyond to get us what we needed & the guy that got the wheel chair made sure it was cleaned & even sanitized it before we used it.. We have to go back to Columbia next week & I will be sure to call this Hampton Inn for a reservation. Great job guys!!!!

Convenient place to stay while visiting our child at MU. The room was rather noisy, not with "people" but with machinery, probably because we were near the elevator. Glad we have a noise machine app on our phone we were able to turn up to drown out the noise. Very clean hotel, helpful staff.
