HGI are always a good experience and this one was no different. The room was clean and orderly, nice decorations, bed linens, pillows and towels were comfortable. The bathroom is beginning to look dated with a tub, not a walk in shower. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were almost empty, had to use the bar soap. Shower head was loose and wouldn't stay in place, had to screw it up tighter, needs replacement. This did upset me, no maid service for a two night stay, could have used fresh towels. Not sure if maid service required notification. Overall all a good value.

Very nice hotel, loved my whirlpool tub in my room. The indoor pool sucked, it was super cold due to heat maintenance in the room. They really need to hurry up and get that fixed. 🙄

It was okay. Not the best Hilton we have stayed at. Not an updated facility. Was woken up at 5 in the morning to fire alarm. Apparently the cook had not opened a vent before he started cooking. Smoke set it off.

Everything was great until 5:30 am when fire alarm went off because they didn't turn fan on in kitchen. But accidents happen. My real complaint is check out isn't till 12 but at 9:15am housekeeping knocked on door to see if we were still in room and then 9:45 housekeeping knocked on door to see if we were in the room. They just didn't want us to get any rest !!!

The hotel is located near popular shopping and eateries. We enjoyed the bar in the lobby on multiple occasions as we were visiting with friends and family. The 12:00 checkout was an added bonus, too. It was a very pleasant stay.

I picked this hotel because of location, what's around it and it had a pool for my children. We even stopped off to buy swimsuits just to arrive to the facilities pool Being down for several weeks. I would have picked a different hotel if this was disclosed during booking.

All and all was a nice room and very clean but when buying the room in the description was said to be a roll out bed. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and were never given a roll out bed during our stay. The front desk were kind and said they’d look into it I was just very let down with the wrong description and price I paid for a room just to have 1 kind bed and my kid sleep on the floor. Hopefully they can fix the description Expedia had for our room to let guest in the future know the roll out beds are not promised.

The rooms themselves were SO nice! Clean and the beds were insanely comfortable. Fair warning, the property as of last night (Feb 22, 2024) is under construction but we heard none of it. The only complaint I have about the property is the smell of pot. It was SO strong in the lobby and elevator areas. Thankfully our room wasn’t affected.
