Terrible unprofessional and understaffed

Understaffed hotel staff is untrained. The lady at the front desk appeared sick or under the influence. She was nice but too sleepy to stand. Overall nice building but terrible staff

Hotel with outdoor pool

We were looking for an outdoor pool. This hotels's pool is in a courtyard instead of in the middle of a parking lot. Plenty of tables and chairs and enough sun and shade for everyone.

Beautiful hotel and close proximity to everything.

Pros: We loved everything!
Cons: I can't think of a thing that could be improved.
Location: Plenty of shopping and restaurants close to hotel.
Stayed here to break up our 10 hour drive home from Nebraska to Illinois. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the "ghost" playing the grand piano and enjoyed swimming in the pool. She didn't want to leave the next morning. Hotel staff was very accommodating even though gift shop was closed, they opened it up for us. Food at sports bar is fantastic!

I had booked a stay with breakfast included. When I checked in, the front desk initially did not give me the breakfast coupons and had to be reminded about it. If you forgot the details of your booking (for example if you booked a while back) then it would have been a goodbye to that Also the showers are very low. So if you are any taller than 5'8" you will have to stoop to get under the shower

Went for a conference

We went for a conference. Hotel was clean/quaint. Staff said hi in hallways. We lost our credit card and they found it while cleaning and called afterwards. Room was bigger than expected. Indoor pool was warm and wasactually 7 ft deep in spots.

great stay

all great my only negative is for a handicapped room the tub was extra tall so trying to move over from a wheel chair didn't happen. Not sure it really should be labeled as handicap room.

The hotel, staff and restaurant were terrific! The temp in the room had too much variance. We were either freezing and the 15 minutes later hot. We could never adjust the thermostat to keep it a comfortable temp.

I stay here alot for work and the rooms are great. The restaurant is a little pricey and not very good. Breakfast is extremely over priced and the roll away beds are terrible they have zero support like sleeping in a hammock.
