We sincerely apologize that this was your experience and that it has deterred you from returning. While the hotel may have been at its busiest, it is unacceptable for this to affect your stay experience. Not having a room stocked upon arrival and then further not having ample supply to fulfill guests' needs is certainly not the standards we work to uphold. We would truly love the opportunity to have you visit again so that we can work to ensure a positive stay and our leadership team has reached out to you directly to try to make things right.
