Basic, sounds about right...

The definition of 2 stars, "BASIC". Not terrible. Toilet issues, which, after 2 days & 3 calls to the staff, ended with a PLUNGER & MYSELF.

Nice property but I am disappointed you no longer put bibles in the rooms.

just alright

The hair dryer was not working but not sure if that was because it was actually broken or because the outlet was broken and had exposed wires. Shower was gross. Great customer service but just an alright room.

Just wanted to see my daughter graduate.

Posted Mar 2, 2016
Pros: that they offer breakfast in the am
Cons: Hotel staff/communication with the guest
Location: location is good a lot of good restaurants near by. And close to Fort Jackson as well.
I was staying there do to my daughter's graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. We drove from Florida, When I arrived at the hotel at 430am,the staff person was very rude and stated that check in time was at 3:00pm. I explain to him that I was tired and I didn't care I just wanted my room which I had made reservations for. But he kept repeating that he would have to charge me for Tuesday even though it was already Wednesday morning( given the fact my reservation was for Wed.2/25-Thurs.2/26/2016). After getting my room my husband stayed in the room the first day (do to he wasn't feeling well). So the housekeeper came in the room while my husband was sleeping to pick up towels off the floor. Then at 11am a manger comes and knocks on the door telling my husband that check out time is at 11am and are we going to stay another night. My husband told him yes ,but he kept saying that check out time was at 11am finally after going back and forth with the management personnel, he understood that we were going to stay another night. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Next time I am going to stay at the Days Inn!!!!

Got the job done!

Posted Feb 2, 2016 on Hotels
My nephew graduated boot camp at Ft. Jackson. Location was great with lots of restaurant choices. The room was clean but the hotel is very dated which is not obvious by the pictures. For example, my bedspread was faded and even had a hole in it. Bathroom was clean but tiles showed signs of wear. Walls are paper thin . . . I could hear our neighbor and anytime someone walked in front of the rooms, it was noisy. For the price, however, we got what we paid for!! I have no complaints. It did the job. We were only in town for 1 night and didn't arrive until early evening and we checked out at 8am the next day . . .so literally only slept and showered and were gone.
