It was dirty, small, uncomfortable. Need to be more clean and also more respectful at front desk.

Smoke smell on non-smoking Room, people around smoking, more like a motel 8 or 6, not recommended at all if you are picky

The lady who checked me in was polite, but apon entering the room there was no microwave or refrigerator and i paid for a deluxe room. The sheets weren't clean. I went to the desk to give my complaint they said they would handle it waited awhile nothing happened went back to the desk there was a nrw person there she said shr had no knowledge of my complaint and there's nothing she could do. Called expedia was awaiting a rwp to answer was on hold for a while. I.ended up purchasing another room Elsewhere. This was a bad experience for me and my daughter. I. Very unpleased because i use expedia to hoom all my rooms when I travel.

I stayed here a few times first 3 times was good after that idk what happened roaches everywhere room was clean but roaches was out of control I wouldn’t stay here for the price I paid ! If u got a choice I wouldn’t stay here

Disappointed

I found bugs crawling on the sink in my towels and the water would randomly start running. The walls were thin so I could hear loud people right outside my door, keeping me up at night.
