I received notification that my room was canceled 15 minutes before I arrived to the hotel. Once I got there I was told that they had busted pipes and had to cancel some rooms. It was a very busy weekend because of a basketball championship and it was very difficult to find another room. I did not get to stay at this hotel after booking almost 3 months in advance

Bathrooms & kitchen areas should be update. Quiet but dated. Toilet seat needs to be replaced peeling. Carpet ripped at bar area. Pans worn. Electric burners twisted & uneven. Kitchen faucet spray water everywhere. Bath tub worn & stained. Hotel mgmt wouldn't honor rate upon arrival that was $20 cheaper. They could have credited us for hotel credit or future travel.

The only problem we had was the pool was down,and book there to swim. The breakfast was great, the room was like an apartment, it was a good place to stay. Hope next time we visit the area they have the pool going.

IT SHOULD COME WITH COMPLIMENTARY EAR PLUGS
We booked a stay a couple days out, and expected a standard room. This hotel is right next to the interstate, and our room was on the corner of the building next to the interstate. The wind blowing that night seeped through the windows and whistled. I double checked that they were closed tightly and they were. The highway noise inside of the room was so loud that my wife and had to wait for a break in traffic to talk, and we were 3 feet apart. Otherwise we couldnt hear. I got about 2 hours of sleep because the semi-truck noise was so loud all night. The only time we got a break from the traffic was when the AC unit kicked on and muffled 80% of the outside noise. Breakfast sucked! Those were not real eggs as advertised, and were still ice cold when they were just brought out. Carpet in the main halls wasnt stretched and it looked like it was just placed there and left. (Ripples and all. It is a tripping hazard) The rooms were adequate for the age of the building, and they were clean. The staff was friendly for the little interaction we had.

We were staying with some friends and their kids. Going to the softball games at Mizzou. Kids were very disappointed that the pool was closed which we did not find out about until we got there. 1/2 the doors in the hotel did not work. This hotel was in desperate need of a renovation. We were very disappointed, the staff was great but the accommodations were not.

We stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with pullout sofa. Spacious space for family of 5 with 3 teens. However the pullout sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on for son. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in nice staff. Breakfast was typical. Always love Residence Inn.

The property was pet friendly and allowed both of our large labs with additional costs. The overall condition of the room was dated and the shower was rusted but everything worked fine and was a adequate room for our family.

I've stayed here before and like the hotel but this visit customer service wasn't the best. I traveled alone and the check-in guy didn't even hold the door open for me even though I struggled with carrying everything, he just watched me. I thought it was clean until I found a dried up contact lens stuck to the bathroom counter. Gross.
