Disappointed stay
发布日期:2021年1月4日 发布在:HotelsFirst let me say I understand we are in a pandemic, but take the time to tell us how you are operating before we stay rather then at check in. Sat outside in the rain for 5 mins waiting on a valet that never showed. No signs, or anything saying valet is not working. So we had to park at a meter. Neighborhood is not idea for leaving any car park outside over night. Then the restaurant was closed which was why we picked this hotel. And then the roof top patio was closed which was another reason we chose this hotel. None of this was in the ad. We would never had stayed here. We went out of our way to stay here for those reasons... just a terrible stay after a 10hr car ride.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable; however, pillows were not the best. Bathroom had all the amenities unfortunately, though, the sink and tub did not drain well

Update The Rooms!
发布日期:2020年10月31日 发布在:HotelsThe room looked nice but the AC didn’t cool the room properly. The bathtub and shower knobs barely worked and did not provide adequate hot water. The tv in the bathroom was not connecting satellite/cable in the regular room. There was no refrigerator even though there was shelf space for one.

Unfortunately, as a Sheraton we do not provide microwaves or refrigerators in our guests rooms. However, we can provide a roll-in refrigerator based on availability.
We hope that you will choose us again so that we may better accommodate you.

Great staff but it’s very dirty. I never got my room cleaned, the overall hotel is dirty, especially the hallways.
