I am not the type of person that complains about service and accommodations, however I was very disappointed with this hotel! It took forever just to check in, and it wasn't because the front desk was busy. The pool was green and had a funny odor. I asked about it at the front desk and the gentleman's response was "well if its not to your liking I suggest you don't get in it." We did NOT get in...my 3 kids were very upset. The room was not clean, stained walls, old bandaid stuck to vanity, smelled of smoke even though it was nonsmoking. We will not stay at a sleep inn again!

employee on the desk on how he should have handled this.
