Only stairs. Elevator broke while in it and management did not care. Fell out of tub because of dangerous height. Again management did not care. The management of this hotel seems to be focused on much other things. No staff was on duty to help change sheets at 6 when my daughter got sick so I changed them. Did not offer assistance with ice or towels. Terrible experience.

So when we went to check in around 5:30pm on a Friday night, there was NO front desk staff to be seen. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to the bar where the Bar guy said it was sales guy doing the check ins and he was helping out in banquets to check us in. Then he told ME to go find the guy in the event so I could check in. Strange!?

This hotel has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of dining options within the hotel and the surrounding area within walking distance. You must have breakfast at the Glen restaurant. There was plenty of street parking and a garage across the street. Valet parking is offered as well.

Fantastic stay!
We had a great stay. The bed was luxurious and so very comfortable. The fully stocked snacks and mini bar was nice too. We enjoyed our time in Columbia and look forward to returning again sometime. The staff were very helpful.

Valet parking was listed as free on Expedia when I made the reservation. Got to hotel and learned that it was not in fact free. Not huge deal, but annoying after scrambling around after flight cancellations delayed trip home after a day. If coordination with Expedia needs to be better, make it better.

Amazing experience from Tiger hotel. Room was way bigger than I expected, as well as the bathroom. Every part of the room and bathroom was extremely clean. Very comfy bed. Stacked mini bar and the prices were actually cheap. The building itself is cool and so is the lobby. I checked in a little late and the staff was really friendly. Good immediate public parking. If I ever come back to Columbia, there would be zero question as to where I’d stay. Literally a perfect experience from the Tiger.

The hotel was beautiful, inside and out. The room was great, very comfortable bed. The cafe next door was just as good. I would love to stay again if I were in Columbia.

Interesting old hotel; unfortunately the city was tearing up the street in front of the hotel and the valet parked my car on the street adjacent to the construction. The pillows in our room were super large and fairly hard so I ended up using a rolled up towel as a pillow. The hotel did not have smaller pillows.

The hotel was excellent (clean, great condition, comfortable). I loved it so much that I am considering looking for the IHG group options in the future for booking at other places.

The Tiger Hotel is a comfortable and well-maintained property in downtown Columbia, MO. The price was reasonable for a hotel at this level. It really is an ideal place to stay to enjoy the most of what Columbia has to offer.
