Thank you for being our guest at the Wingate by Wyndham in Columbia. We apologize for the TV channel issues that you experienced this week. Our new fiber internet provider, Spectrum, failed to let us know that our current TVs were not all compatible with their new service. We have all new 50” LG TVs on site that we ordered immediately to resolve this issue; these are ready for installation as soon as the LG team arrives to program and install them, which should be within a week. We will investigate the pool issue to have that resolved as well; there has been a part ordered for the hot tub and it has briefly been out of service.We hope to welcome you back again soon.

We appreciate all feedback to continually improve the experience of our guests. I apologize for the issues during your stay. We recently upgraded our internet to high speed fiber, and the provider failed to inform us that our TV programming would be affected. We have ordered all new LG 50" TVs that will arrive in just a few days and hope to have the installers place them in the rooms and program them shortly after that. Our coffee maker in the breakfast area broke, and our new one should be here soon. All guest rooms have complimentary coffee and coffee makers in the rooms, though. Thank you again, and we hope to serve you again soon with an upgraded experience.
