A decent option. Seems fairly new - so along with that comes super thin walls, TV noise, conversation mumble, etc and slamming doors down the hallways. I’ll never understand why these facilities don’t build better to reduce noise?

Upon check in into my room, I noticed there are cleaning stuff and a T-shirt left on my chair. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for changing a room. I was rejected with the reason for "we are fully booked". I asked what can I do with the strange items left in my room. She said put them aside or bring it to the front desk. There are also some spots that had apparent dirt/soil that was not cleaned. Bed sheet was also put in in a rough style. Strange experience here. I thought Holiday Inn is a guarantee for quality. I have to rethink that from now on.

This property was fine for a quick night on the road. Easy to access with several close by quick food options. The beds seemed old and were uncomfortable and loud. The hot tub needs significant rehab. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was Holiday Inn Express standard and met everyone’s needs.

I could not stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional, and everything was clean, but after being in the room only 20 minutes I had a fierce headache from the cleaning smells. They must have had carpets cleaned recently, as the whole hotel smelled strongly of cleaning. I reluctantly paid my bill and left.

Nice place
Was stranded coming back to Portland due to weather-related highway closure. Hotel was exactly what I wanted-comfortable and clean. I was exhausted and it absolutely was the perfect spot.

Our room didn’t look like it had been completely clean. There were hairs in the shower/tub, food crumbs on the floor, and my 2 year old found a questionable device that looked like something used to do drugs with. The fridge barely worked and the pillows were flat.

Pool too cold one day too hot the next. Hot tub didn’t work our whole stay. Absolutely no one came to the room. They never even emptied the trash. All in all, I wouldn’t come again

Stay-overs do not receive room cleaning priority.
We stayed 3 nights and are referred to as 'stay-overs.' Stay-overs don't receive housecleaning if there are turnovers of stay-overs. We were told this is the hotel's priority. When asked to be compensated, staff said it was a management topic. Below is an example of the coffee bar the only day the room was cleaned.
