I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. They have roaches and bed bugs, the rooms are extremely old fashion, old half eaten Reese's on the floor, dusty everywhere, no garbage cans, lamps not all working, baseboards hanging off and stinks. The only positive was decent prices but now I see why smh. Then only refunded me half my money and I had to sleep in my car bc I can't get the refund right away! Stay away!

The properties prices were convenient and staff was average but the rooms had roaches and bed bugs so could not stay and had to sleep in car bc it was late and last min plus needing to wait for the refund. Asked for a refund still waiting....would not recommend.

My friend and I asked to be moved to another room as the first room we were offered smelled very strongly of smoke even though i had reserved a non smoking room. It was also grubby with stains on the mattress covers and a dirty bed spread. The manager was very understanding and amiable and gave us a better room without a fuss. Over all the stay was pleasant enough but the accommodations need to be renovated asap!

There were cockroaches in the room and the smoke smell was so bad we couldn’t stay there. They wouldn’t refund us because we booked through hotels.com.

The shower did not operate. The handle and the screw and the faucet stem were unusable. We were in town for a funeral and had no time to have somebody repair it so we took a sponge-bath in the ice bucket using a washcloth and the tiny bar of soap

I stayed 3 nights and 3 days. NEVER once was any type of housekeeping offered. I had to carry dirty towels to office in order to get replacements. Trash was never taken out. I will not stay here again and advise others to think twice before booking this location

Needs an update
This hotel is OLD. The hot water took a half hour to show up, the need sheets didn't fit the bed and the bed was uncomfortable. My ribs hurt after sleeping on it. No early check in. Only 1 trash can in the room. The outlets were really hard to find. The only reason we stayed was because they don't charge deposits.

poor check-in policy/handling
the accomodations were fine - average as far as how nice the room was, condition, amenities, etc. 2 major complaints - 1 is the $25 charge for early check-in policy. we were there about 20 min. ahead of our 3:00 check in time and were told about this when asking about possibly checking in a little early. We have never encountered this before and were very taken aback. It's not like we were asking to check in hours early - we just arrived a little ahead of schedule and thought if the room was clean/ready, we could drop off some things before heading to our event - even 10-15min early would've been helpful. We were not about to pay $25 to do so however and think that is ridiculous. Secondly when talking with someone at the desk and he checked on our reservation, something must've gotten messed up in the computer system. Because when we arrived ~11pm to finally "check in", they could not find our reservation (that we were told was all set at about 2:40). My husband stood at the office window for over 10 minutes, possibly longer while they tried to find our reservation. Meanwhile a pizza we had picked up on the way there sat and got cold. : { Was about ready to leave and tell them to just cancel it.

The property as a whole was filthy. I walked into my room and it was like walking into a sauna. It was damp and you could smell the mold. The carpet had large black stains. The two positives: pet friendly and the water pressure was great.

Not very clean, not a good property, odd smell. Would never stay here by myself. Very, very outdated. There was dry wall dust and mud everywhere in our room. Carpet was pretty nasty. Shower went from hot to cold. Wasn’t in room much so didn’t affect us enough to change places but would definitely not stay here again.

For the price we paid we got what we expected. Especially the fact everywhere else was charging a lot for a room we only needed for the night to sleep and leave the next day. Already reserved and paid hotel stay turned into a little bit of a wait. Thought it would be quick. There were stains on some of the white linens. And the volume to the tv wouldn’t go any higher being the air conditioner was a bit loud to hear the tv. Still a decent room for the price and time we spent in it.
