Sheets and shower curtains had holes in them. TV didnt work half the time. Guy almost walked in on us before check out time. When we first got there, toilet paper was half used. House keeping wouldnt leave enough toilet paper or towels. Honestly, one of the worst ran hotels ive been in. If not THE worst!

I hate giving negative reviews but….
Pros: easy check in. Service was good. The location was fairly quiet. Cons: the smell was almost unbearable. It was like being in a smoking room. The mini fridge was making a loud hum. The TV didn’t work. The sheets has little holes in them. The back of the bathroom door was splattered with something…brown… I would not stay here again.

Terrible property. Parking lot was a minefield of potholes. The room wasn’t clean. The sheets, towels and floor were dirty. Along with the bathroom toilet and shower. The hair dryer barely worked. Just felt grimey and dirty as a whole. The customer service on checkout day is what really pissed me off. In all my years of staying at hotels checkout has always been at 11 AM. Being woken up by housekeeping before 10 and being forced out of the room is inexcusable. Worst hotel experience my friend and I have ever had. I’ve stayed in Motel 6 places with a better overall experience. Do NOT go to this hotel unless you have no other choice.

The room that I was in initially had a sticky substance on the floor then they moved me to another room. The floor was clean, but the ceiling was peeling but I just kept the room. The staff are very nice and professional. Nice prices on the rooms.

My mother died and I called to cancel my reservation.a day ahead Very inflexible. Called obits for help but didn't get anywhere. I have used obits in the past but very disappointed with how it all played out.

We checked into the room and found the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were 2 used disposable razors and a pair of underwear in the bathtub. The sink and tub were both dirty. I did not stay and requested a refund. I will never stay at this Red Roof Inn again. Flat out disgusting and unsanitary.

The entire area and room were completely uninhabitable. The room was disgusting with a foul odor and the parking lot had people loitering and blaring music. I didn’t feel safe or clean after parking and walking in the room.
