It was very dirty, we had stains on the walls, and the chair in our room had so many nasty stains. The bathroom was disgusting, looked like baths/showers were never cleaned, had a lot of built up residue. The pool was dirty, had many things floating around in it. It was also weird that there was rooms that could view the pool. Did not feel like a clean hotel at all.

The Staff at the front desk was very rude and the hotel was not clean as it should’ve been. I wanted a refund but could not get one so I had no choice but to stay in that filthy hotel with flies in the room!

There was mold, bathroom fixtures were broken, carpet had not been vacuumed and staff was unwilling to or made excuses for our complaints. We also had a room with a jacuzzi tub and 4 of the 6 jets were not functioning properly. Hoping to hear from Expedia or Baymont Inn about a refund of some sort. Unacceptable!!!!!!!

Didn't know this place is not near restaurants. Its near the airport and in a warehouse area. Exterior door locks are missing. Floors in the hall and rooms creek and feel spongy.

The cleanliness of the room was poor and they did not service the room the whole weekend. I understand it was a cheap hotel and it lived up to the cheapness of what you would expect. Definitely did not and would not swim in their pool. Do not stay if you have kids. The man at the front desk was super rude to a woman with kids when checking in. He literally told them to make sure the kids stay quiet. Not to mention breakfast is still in "grab bags" I assume it is cheaper to just throw a Twinkie, banana, fruit bar, and water in a bag and call it a complimentary breakfast... definitely not the place to stay.. learned my lesson the hard way. Splurge on a hotel room noted!

Everything about this hotel is old and run down. There was a door on the back where you should need a key to get in but there was no device for the key and the door was just unlocked.

This is a no frills hotel. But it was clean and offered everything we needed for a couple night getaway. We stayed in the jacuzzi room. This not the hotel for you if you are looking for extra perks and luxury. But if you need a simple affordable place this is it.

We checked in and looked at our room. Al All was fair. We went out to eat and when we returned we were exhausted from our day, looking forward to getting settled. We carried our belongings up to our room only to find someone had all of their belongings in the room in my name. The door was propped open, evidence that someone had showered, and smelling like marijuana, not a soul in sight. The front desk clerk and security inspected the situation and had no answers. My money was refunded as I was not going to stay in a place that I couldn't count on being safe and secure!

Was absolutely disgusting I checked out as soon as I got in the room. The door had no lock. Remote was missing batteries. Smelled like stale smoke and musty. Was not cleaned. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. But the plaster was coming off the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower, the windows had a crack in them from one side to the other and for the continental breakfast was a grab and go bag that consisted of a bottle of water, a small sunny d juice,a banana, and 2 breakfast bars, and 2 ding dong cakes. No hot breakfast what so ever.

Charged a $100 cash deposit for room with jacuzzi tub that wasn’t mentioned in booking, and that’s after we stood at the desk for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. The entire hotel was filthy, floors were disgusting, and the wallpaper in the room was ripped in several places and just gross. Only good thing was the jacuzzi tub, and even with it the light was burned out. Will not be back.

This is my 3rd time staying here so it’s safe to say, i like it. It’s comfortable. Easy check in process. Affordable. This trip was the first time I’d ever been in a jacuzzi suite and I highly recommend. Very relaxing, spacious room. I have no complaints. It’s out of the way and may take a little longer to drive places, but it’s definitely worth it. There are a few gas stations and fast food places 5 minutes away though.
