Friendly staff clean rooms

Staff was very friendly. Check in was quick. Breakfast was hot and ready. Very good

Not a great value for the price point

Location: It is near a couple fast food locations. It is within 10 Minutes of Easton town center which is a nice area.
I felt the hotel was overpriced for the location and area. Multiple homeless people were coming and going from the lobby. Although I arrived late (8pm), it seemed to be in a not so nice area. I should have spent the extra $75 to stay elsewhere.

Best Western is the Best

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. With an early flight out of Columbus, I looked for comfort and a proximity. Besides that the room was very clean and pleasant. All in all, jthe experience fit all my needs.

a very nice stay

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. good price, good food
Location: located at the airport so some plane noise. a little further than I wanted to be from the fairgrounds but ok if not rush hour.
nice room, clean. refrigerator made a terrible noise until I defrosted it. bathroom small, hard to turn around in it. shower new and clean. bed was ok minimal covers. They did not change the bed sheets as indicated. towels were new and in good condition. the breakfast was ok. I enjoyed the cheese omlet but ham was too salty. I left early one day and the breakfast bar was not open but they had a brown bag breakfast to go that was nice.

good location, lame pillows.

I hate the pillows that Best Western have been using. They are square, and small, and awkward for sleeping. I stayed for 4 nights and didn't get a solid night of sleep in one. Also, they don't offer water during breakfast - but you can purchase a bottle of water for 2$. I consider this a hospitality fail.

I want to apologize that you were unhappy with our pillows, in the future please ask one of our guest service agents and they will be happy to get you another pillow or pillows that might be more comfortable. We offer complimentary ice cold lemon water in our lobby 24 hours a day. I'm sorry that you did not see it on our front desk.
