OK but not great.

Pros: Location
Cons: Better attention to room details is needed.
Location: This was just an overnight stop before returning home and we di not look for anything else to do.
I had to make two trips to the front desk to get a key that would work. The tissue box was empty after removing two and one of the front desk staff was not helpful. in getting a new box. A sencond member did the job. The theromostat needed new batteries. The toilet ran all night.The room was clean, the water was hot, the TV worked, and the breakfast was pretty good. The location by the airport was excellent.

Super friendly staff

This was our second year staying here and again it was a great experience. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. They are all friendly and helpful they definitely put customer service at the top of their priority list!

Good hotel close to airport

New Best Western logo on sign and setback from frontage road made it hard to find. But very nice well run clean place.

Staff exceptionally nice.

Staff was really nice and friendly. Good value. Only drawback was a faulty smoke detector which in hotels defense, they tried to fix several times.

POOL CLOSED!!!

The hotel was fine but the one reason we booked this one over others was the inside pool. We got up early Sunday morning to swim and it was closed until noon, they were adding chemicals, why was this not done overnight? I asked if we could get a late checkout so we could at least use the pool for a little bit and they said no, it was fully booked the night before and only had 3 maids today. I had a couple of VERY DISAPPOINTED kids!!!!

I am very sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. I want to apologize that the pool was closed, unfortunately we only have a couple people in the hotel qualified to treat our pool due to the chemicals that are used. I will have to research why you weren't given a late check out on Sunday, when asked, we almost always will extend the room since we are not usually busy on Sunday night. Again, I apologize that we let you down.

Worked for the few days we needed it

Everything worked, beds were comfortable. My wife liked the shower. There was a loud sound that sounded like a fire alarm but it wasn't at 5am. That was the only thing that sucked

Terrible room service!!! A plumbing nightmare

I stayed for the Arnold weekend. The pool was closed half of the time due to reparations. Meaning it was open 4 hours a day or so. That was a boost but we were in Colombus for the sports festival. Here was the scary part... the toilet was damage. Told them daily to fix it. Send some body (no plummer) and the problem persist all of our stay. Have to use the common bathroom, they even offered us a instrument to do it ourself!!!!????? Did not offer another room, anything. First time in my life something like that happened to me. Hope you can fix the situation. If I go back to Colombus wish I plan to do next year will not stay in that Hotel. They have to fix those little big issues. I mean no working toilet!!!!! Come on!!!!

It was a really nice hotel but the employees were very rude! The jacuzzi didn't work and someone vomited in the elevator and didn't clean it up for over 2 hours.

I apologize that you felt the employees were rude. Someone did vomit in the elevator very early in the morning and it was not reported to the front desk. At 4:00am when the employee responsible for cleaning came into work, it was cleaned up with special chemicals.
