Excellent customer service

When my family of four travel Stateside to see family, we usually spend a night in Columbus, and for the past few years, it's been in Dublin. I chose this Candlewood Suites on our latest road trip, (1) for the pet fee ($15/day), (2) it's proximity to the shopping at Polaris parkway (even though we didn't shop), and (3) the full kitchen. We stayed one night. The room was very clean, and this includes the kitchen and bathroom. This is an "extended stay" hotel, but they certainly make their prices competitive for single night guests. And we were grateful. What impressed me most was their customer service. I phoned ahead asking for a lower level room -- very courteous reception over the phone. We arrived late in the evening for check-in -- very courteous welcome upon arrival. And three days after leaving, I realized I left my toiletries bag there. I phoned and inquired; they checked and do have it; they phoned back and informed me they will mail it to me at their expense. This may be regular practice with hotels, but the representative who answered the phone and then called me back was also very courteous. The hotel staff have won me over. I will happily give them my loyalty for quality service. My family and I will return for overnight stays in the future. I certainly recommend this hotel.
