Overall good stay

Pros: Room was clean. Loved having a full kitchen (minus oven). Hotel was quiet. Mattress OK but could have been a bit softer. I saw they were actually switching them out the day I left so that may fix that. Front desk staff was great! Very friendly and got me an extra discount at check in due to me being in town for the Quarter Horse Congress. Free laundry was an added bonus.
Cons: I could get picky on some minor touch ups (paint, trim) needed in the room but it was rather cosmetic.
Location: Lots of shopping and the Kroger down the road was great.

We are in the process of replacing all of our mattresses and will be finished with all rooms by the end of November. We also are getting ready to complete full renovations of all guest rooms this winter. Once complete all rooms will have new kitchen cabinetry, flooring/carpeting, desks and furniture. Ok hotel. disappointed no free breakfast included

Pros: Close to main highway
Cons: Improve services And provide quiet accommodations
Stayed two nights waken first night at 3:30 am by very loud banging noise believe it was garbage service dropping metal containers Web ad for hotel stated free breakfast included not the case !! They offered coffee and self service snacks, muffins that you had to purchase Only one small elevator that took forever to come Had fitness center but two of the apparatus were broken and unusable Hardly saw any staff at front desk

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We are sorry that you feel mislead in regards to a free breakfast. Candlewood Suites hotels as a chain do not offer a free breakfast. If you could let us know what website you saw that a free breakfast was offered it would be greatly appreciated. I will be sharing your feedback with all of our staff and have maintenance look into any fitness center equipment that may need service.

Convenient and Relatively Inexpensive

Pros: Location.
Cons: Room was noisy; the air conditioner was loud; the air filter was loud; the refrigerator was loud; the bathroom fixtures were loud.
Location: Great location literally inside of Polaris Shopping Center so excessive amount of restaurants and places to shop if that is your desire.
Hotel room was worn out; not quite; bed was very comfortable; staff was pleasant; location was great for access to restaurants, freeways, shopping. Rooms could use some updating and noise abatement protocols.

Good for the price.

Pros: Nice size room. Very quiet. Location.
Cons: Parking
Location: Cardinal shooting center is a quick trip up 71. Lots & lots of restaurants & shopping close by.
Our stay here was just what we needed; a place to sleep and shower at a great price!

A very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a perfect location to get anywhere in the city within 20 minuets or less. Very clean facility and great staff. Exactly what I would expect from a 99 rate!

Pros: Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Hotel was clean and maintained.
Cons: Please get better mattresses.
Location: Good location. We have family both west and south. Easy access to interstate, shopping, and restaurant
The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff excellent. This is an extended stay facility so you won't have daily housekeeping. Not a big deal, but you should know that. Only two issues. One is the heating, it's motion activated. It went from freezing to hot even though the set temperature was never changed. The other issue, for us, was the beds. Just not comfortable. We were there 4 nights and really never had a good night's sleep. If it weren't for that, we would go there again without question.

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay. I apologize that you did not receive a good night's sleep due to the mattresses and our heating system. The good news is that we are receiving new mattresses and box springs beginning this month. We will be replacing a floor of rooms over the next few months and should have all rooms completed no later than the end of April. Our heat units do have a motion sensor program attached to each unit. These motion sensors are part of the thermostat itself and at the top of each door. The programs are to adjust the temp by 1 degree for every 2 hours of no motion and does not move below 68 degrees. This is a protection for energy management reasons. Our maintenance team will be looking into your room to confirm that the heat unit is working correctly. Thank you again for providing us feedback on your stay and we hope that we see you again soon.

Great hotel in awesome location

Hotel was clean and quiet. Loved the kitchenette and and all the amenities. Awesome lending locker with anything you could need in the kitchen, games, and movies. Will defiantly be staying there again.

Could be a lot cleaner!

I booked this hotel for the indoor pool, which remained closed my entire stay. The furnishings of the room were nice, but the room was not cleaned properly. There was feces on the toilet paper holder and bathroom door.

Excelent home away from home

Pros: just about everything. Location, cleanliness, amenities.
Cons: some basic maintenance items-Blown light bulb in kitchen , bad light switch in bath, alarm clock that could not be set to proper time, no TV guide
Location: Polaris Parkway has every shopping possibility on it plus eating at dozen of nice eateries and your minute from anything in Columbus
Full kitchen clean spacious bath and was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Decent amenities( gym, laundry, free Wi-Fi) and a pantry with free coffee!
