hotel hard to find

Pros: The room was Nice and very clean.
it took 1 hr to find the hotel the address listed is not near the hotel. the staff was not pleasant at all when we arrived the front desk barley acknowledged me and handed me my room keys and turned her back to me with out one word.

Road Trip 2016

Very surprised as we approached from the highway to see it located directly behind a LaQuinta, no indication in the picture that it was so close. Exterior of building, a grey color, was a depressing color and reminiscent of a municipal building, no flowers or curb appeal. The only luggage cart was wobbly wheels and we dumped our luggage (first time ever) because of the difficulty in moving. Stained carpeting, water leaks from the s/c in ceiling. Unsafe getting off elevator because of wet floor. Room booked was a king and we were given keys to 2 dbls, second room had been smoked in and third room was o.k. If it was possible to go elsewhere, we would have. Needs cleaning and rehabbing immediately. Desk Clerk, Giovanni was a gem and did everything he could to appease us. Bathroom shower curtain which was supposed to be "bowed" had been cemented and drooped downward and not outward. Skimpy towels.

Extremely Satisfied

Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff and I loved the salt scrub in the Lobby restroom!
Cons: Huge insect was in light fixture in bathroom. Please check those out.
Location: Plenty of dining selections nearby. Some shopping in Columbus Area.
Hotel location is great. Excellent dining choices within walking distance. Right off I-10 and Highway 71 which was perfect for us. Breakfast had good choices. Wished we had time to stay another night. Told my other travelers about the hotel and they booked as well.

Pros: the breakfast and the clean room

Nice clean room. Staff could have smiled a little. Breakfast was incredible. Good location. Good parking.

Pros: The bed is excellent, the extra pillows is a plus. Breakfast was very good. Everything was keep stocked at the breakfast table. We didn't have to wait
Cons: Nothing
Location: Very well located for our use.
Our room was ready for us when we arrived, which was nice and the room was very comfortable. We really liked the in room coffee maker. Thanks

Good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The halls and elevator were a little worn looking. But , and I repeat, the room was clean and very comfortable. And the rate was great. It also included a filling breakfast with many choices.

Good for sleeping

Good for clean, quiet night of rest. Lobby coffee just lukewarm in early evening. At breakfast juice machine was out of order and seating barely adequate, especially with young woman using a large table for her office during our entire breakfast time. Food was just ok.

Falls short of expectations & advertised amenities

This hotel has falsely advertised here on hotels.com that they have adjoining rooms and a restaurant. They have no adjoining rooms period. And the breakfast area is the typical self-service. Nothing wrong with it, but its NOT a restaurant. I dislike when hotels advertise amenities that they do not have. One room had a lamp with a screen instead of a lampshade, making it useless because it blinds you. Parking lot is unique to say the least. I recommend you park somewhere in the front because they have no side or back door - if you park on the backside, you'll still have to walk all the way around to the front anyway. I would be more forgiving on some of this if their listing was more honest.
