I was not happy that they said they have a hot tub, and they do not. Otherwise, the hotel was fine for what I was there for. Staff was kind. The hotel was a little outdated, but comfortable bed! Great breakfast!

This would get a 5 star the whole way except the keycard didn’t work for the room. We got it to work once to get in and that’s it. So we always had to make sure one of us were in the room. Told front desk and they said it must need new batteries.

I had to leave early and didn't ask for refund for the day i didnt stay. The hotel called me and told me they would refund me for that day. I didnt even ask figured it was my problem. They didnt have to but they called me. Great hotel management

The staff members here were incredibly kind and friendly! The pool was quite spacious, as was the room itself. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with a great variety of options. For thenpricr, it can't be beat.

Although it's a little shabby around the edges, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and pillows were perfect, the staff was kind and helpful, and it was overall a good stay. However the walls are a little thin and I could hear the family above me jumping around. Still a nice mini vaycay for myself.

DISGUSTING
This hotel was DIRTY AND BROKE DOWN. We booked a handicap room with a shower that was missing piece, a broken window, and a disgusting freezer. As well as a cracked shower bench. There were chips in the paint in the bathroom and the front desk lady was more than rude. These people will NOT switch rooms for you, even if there is clear proof that your room is disgusting. DO NOT stay here unless it is a last resort!!!!!

Our original room smelled of smoke ( previous guest had a washcloth over the smoke alarm that was still up there) and tape all over the walls. We said something to clerk and she moved us to a better room and have been pleased with that!

Mostly good. Clean and comfortable. Easy chexk in. Only 2 areas for improvement in my opinion: 1) knobs missing on air conditioner and so we could not adjust it and we were cold. 2) elevator was noisy and it was close to our room so it was a bit loud.
