Not up to Prior Positive Experience

We have stayed at this hotel before and had a much better experience in other rooms. They need to make sure all rooms are fully functional. Spent 4 nights. When the room was assigned, we were told that the cable connection was not working well and might cut-out from time to time. We wanted a more accessible room, so we agreed. In fact, for two days there was no cable connection and then we also found the phone also did not function well. I understand that things may not function from time to time, however, once staff know there is an issue, my expectation is that the concerns are addressed. The staff people were very nice, and when we informed them that the room had not been cleaned one of the four days we were there, the staff person immediately apologized and asked what we needed, she then replenished the towels and took out the garbage. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable and the hotel common areas are nicely decorated and well maintained, coffee and tea are provided at all times, and staff were pleasant. There is not a separate business center, so the person staffing the front desk offered to let us use their computer.
