Every thing clean but one bad thing was the noise from the room above on second floor. When ever someone walked around cracking and popping noises came from the floor. Was the floor above a wooden floor that was loose?

In the bathroom there were areas where the caulking had black stuff on it. The breakfast area was clean but the food was cold. Noise was terrible from the guests upstairs. Stopped at 1225am and started back up at 515am.

I was discriminated against being that me and my wife and our daughter stayed 3 nights and it was just uncomfortable. We are a lesbian couple. I brought the incident yo management’s attention and she was amazingly nice.

I booked our reservation earlier in the week and when we arrived they claim they didn’t have the reservation even though I had a confirmation. Had to get back on the app and rebook paying more than what I would have paid and they wouldn’t even come close to the original amount. Don’t know if it was Expedia or the hotel.

During a six-night stay, my room was only serviced ONCE! This betrays the Radisson tag it carries on Expedia. The disclaimer on Radisson affiliation is only seen after leaving the Reception. The Breakfast offer was a scam - Good as nothing, not worth trying.

Please avoid this hotel
The hotel was mediocre at best. The pool cause all the kids we were with to get red spots on their face, totally ruin and dry out their hair and 3 or of 4 got weird bumps on their big toe. There were many people staying there however they would not allow a check out later then 11am. It's $52 each additional half an hour! Do not recommend!
