We got to property the bar restaraunt all sitting atea roped iff mops everywhere ,it def had a water problem but it was so dirty in room as well notbwhat was listed .we told them they said we wouldn't be charged and had already charged us said expedia ripped us off john the engineer so he said was very discustung to be nice .hebwas so obnoxious rude 2 girls put him on phome was very unprofessional ask for manager was given john

Bath tub not draining. Called the guest service around 6:45am and the response was ‘sorry, most of our bath tubs won’t drain water and maintenance will come only after 9am and cannot give alternate room etc’. Then I need to call Expedia to assist. After Expedia’s involvement they hotel sent a maintenance to fix the tub and it had tons of hair in the drain and it never cleaned for ages. Still it was not fully functional. The toilet clogged too. The room is too noisy too as the window glass is not sound proof and the hotel is next to highway. I’ll never book this again and don’t recommend to anyone.

We had a very nice stay. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We called around 1 and asked if they could switch our two king size rooms to two double beds and it was not a problem. She even told us it was ready now if we wanted to come early.

There was mold in our bathroom, for the 3 nights we were there, no one came to clean our room (we did not have the 'do not disturb' sign on our door), the staff seemed to not speak English well and were not very friendly. Very strange experience staying here. Would definitely NOT recommend it.

Checking into the hotel the outside was very dated. But I never judge a book by its cover. With this in mind I went and checked in to my room, the staff was very friendly. The entire floor my room was on was filled with marijuana smoke/fog. Then at 3am somebody tried getting into my room by kicking the door in… the safety of the hotel, parking lot and area around the hotel are very sketchy.

This hotel was a bit rundown. Had water damaged in the ceiling. And the room wasn't as clean as I would like. ( carpet didnt seem Vacuumed) and the tub filled up when ever we took a shower, But the staff was very nice and the area surrounding the hotel was beautiful. The bed was little lumpy but still comfortable. Had all the necessities like a fridge TV and shampoo,conditioner. All the usual things you get in a room.

This place was pretty affordable and it felt like a 5 star hotel, the only negative note I have was that it was next to a Budweiser factory

This property says that it has a hot tub it does not. I called before I made the reservation and asked about the hot tub and i was told it would be available. It was disappointing because that was the main reason why i chose this hotel.

I liked how easy it was to check out. I did not like that the ice had mold on it. The room was not clean. Some areas of the floor were dirty. The cover was dirty in spots. No mattress cover on top of mattress. When I checked-in I had to use a different credit card and 2 holds were placed on my accounts.

I arrived at the hotel at approximately 8:10 p.m. and while there were two customers in front of me waiting to be checked in, the first was there for at least 25 minutes and the second was there for another 25 minutes while the manager seemed oblivious to the line getting longer and longer and offered not one apology or reason for the delay. I left at 9 pm. and never even checked in frustrated with the lack of communication from the manager

staff was super friendly and helpful. facilities were pretty bad active leaks in the ceiling. shower didn't work right. faucet didn't work right. Internet didn't work right. TV was loose on the stand. the building was in terrible condition. the front line staff are the only thing holding this place together. specific shout out to kitara at the front desk who was just delightful. the cleaning staff were also super nice and very on top of it. they kept everything they could clean. the stuff that was not functioning or looked bad was all things that were out of scope of the cleaning staff.

Overall nice but no hot tub
Overall the place is really nice and the staff was friendly but I rented this room because the picture showed a hot tub. To confirm there was one I went to their website and it shows hot tub. But when I went down there was no hot tub. If I would have known this I would have booked a different Hotel. It is due to this misleading picture and their website why I gave them three stars.

Get to the hotel to be told the bar and restaurant was noy open on a friday night! Its the reson I booked this hotel! Then once i go to get food and a couble beverages I get to my room to find there is water damage on the ceiling. Overall not very happy and will never book here again

Hotels.com messed up a perfect stay and I'm done
The hotel was amazing and the staff was wonderfully attentive and helpful. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. However, I don't recommend booking through Hotels.com, and after this stay I won't be using this site any more or any of the other affiliated sites. I'll be going directly to the property website and building loyalty points. I suggest you do the same.

Because of the thanksgiving holiday, there was limited staff and little or no dining availability. However the staff that were there were pleasant and attentative

Staff was really pleasant and helpful. The place was a little run down and shabby. Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Skipped included breakfast the next day. Not somewhere i would book again.

Decent night
I was placed in a room that was not the greatest, but was moved to a better room once front desk was notified. Overall, a good experience with the room. However the pool still needs attention.. its hardly ever clean😕Thanks Katara for the speedy room change!! See ya next time!

Poor customer secure by the Staff at the desk... no common manners. When we asked about getting rewards or discounts he said we should feel lucky enough with the rate we got. The bathtub in our room drained very slowly so we had to stand in a pool of water to shower. The server in the bar area was very nice and treated us well. She was the only saving grace of this stay.

This location could be a great spot if the lady working the front desk wasn’t so rude, inconsiderate, and knew how to talk to or treat her customers with respect and kindness. I always check the hotel door key before leaving out. Well this past weekend the system went down ( like I’m supposed to know) the front desk lady snapped at me told me to just go! Like I’m suppose to be a mind reader, that the systems is down. Never have i ever been talked to so crazy by someone. And if she was having a bad day you don’t take out on someone here staying for the weekend. And i also feel that if your going to serve breakfast with meat, that you should have no pork food as well. And if you know that it’s a lot of guest staying at this location that you should not be running out of food at 8am when you still have plenty of time before breakfast is over. The rooms are a lot bigger than most places but the toilet was leaking water, sink was clogged.
