Hello James, most hotels and motels do require deposit as does ours. We are are a different hotel than the one you stayed at so there are different requirements. I apologize you did not have 40 to check in. We encourage you to contact properties before staying to check for deposits as it is very common practice. You were told upon arrival for a refund you must contact Expedia, If you still want a refund contact Expedia.

Hello tammy, When you informed the staff the next morning about the leaking you were told "we are so sorry about that we will fix it immediately. Is there anything else we can do for you." You then stated "No" we are sorry you feel this way but we did indeed fix all of your wishes. Please next time be more informal of what you would like as we can not make assumptions to what you would like. Thanks stay again.

Hello bailey because you booked through a third party we have no control over what they put on their website. As far as your deposit we release it the same day as check out. The time you receive it back is based off of your bank not us. thanks stay again

Hello James looking back at your credit card log i can see only 40 was taken and released upon checkout. As far as the shower it works perfectly fine. I find this to be a user error. Please stay again we will show you how to properly operate a shower. Thanks!

Hello Vicki, We checked the tv and lights, it worked perfectly fine this morning when you left. I believe this may be a user error when it comes to the tv and lights. As far as breakfast we had waffles multiple psalteries three types of cereal with juice and the bananas are perfectly edible as many guest ate them this morning. As far as your belief that the front desk associate was "unconcerned" he apologized asked for your room number and told you the issues would be fixed immediately. Your response being "Don't worry about it at all, its no big deal." I would know this as I am the one who assisted you this morning. Thank you for your stay.

Hello Tiffany's husband, I believe you may have overlooked many of our items. We have sugar right beside the coffee maker. yogurt was set out for guest and milk is in a container for for guest to use for cereal being as that is how it is for most hotel properties. I do not find it acceptable for you to use profanity and startle front desk staff because of how you view breakfast. You are more than welcome to not stay again thank you!
