It was on at first..That morning I found a small worm in my bed, a sock behind one of the bed and orange earplugs from previous construction workers behind the TV stand.

Musical Rooms!

Pros: The staff tried very hard to accommodate my needs. Nice bed and pillows.......
Cons: The cable didn't have the local channels and that would have been something I would change.......for local weather reports.....
Location: Easy to find, at the intersection of 45 and 82.....
I had been traveling for 41 hours when I finally went to bed the night I arrived and was literally a candidate for the "Walking Dead". The first room I checked into, the toilet was like a bucking bronco (the bolts holding it to the floor had broken loose), the phone didn't work nor the clock. The second room, the phone didn't work, the clock didn't work and the, so with the maintenance man in tow, went back to the first room to try and fix the toilet, phone and clock. After an hour or so, the maintenance man said it would be a couple of days before he could fix it, so on to the third room. Accepted it, but the heater took over 4 hours to get to a nearly bearable temperature. Turns out the bathroom vent fan would not turn off, so closed the door, stuffed a towel under the door and they moved me to another room the next day. The final room had very poor reception on the tv but since I wasn't there to watch tv, I stayed there 2 more nights before checking out. The breakfast was very limited, but I didn't expect a buffet......I would stay there again, but I would lower my expectations before I went back....

Great choice for the price

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Room was clean and the property had been updated since my last stay about 8 years ago.

Good room for price. Can hear interstate some, didn't bother me. I had updated room and was nice with King bed and loveseat.

Rooms are disgusting

First night stayed the room had no heat, no light in bathroom, wires hanging out of ceiling. Made us change rooms for the 2nd and 3rd night. The pull out couch had a "red stain" on the mattress and white stains in the carpet. The king bed was awful, it made so much noise when I layer down or rolled over in the night.

Need to just shut it down

Asked for a room with a king bed and went up there and it wasn't ready. Had to get two queen size beds and they turned out to have bed bugs. Got a refund and got out of there

Unpleasant Stay

Had four people but only got towels for two. Asked for extra at desk and got two hand towels. Next day again, only towels for two. Beds super soft - hard to sleep. Tub caulking had mold.

Convenient Location

We stayed at the Days Inn in Columbus for a Mississippi St Football game. The hotel was in good condition and the staff was very friendly. They did not mind us asking for extra towels and pillows.

Horrible experience

My reservation was refused because we didnt call before six to tell them we would be checking in late, even though we didn't make our reservation until after 7. Still charged for a room and overcharged by the website. We were on our way to my brother-in-law's funeral and had to deal withithout a room ay 2 am after a nine hour drive
