The facility is very old and needs a total remodel. The signage to get there is not good from the highway and the main street........the foreign owners were very nice even with their limited knowledge of the area. They had given my reserved room to another guest and did give me an upgraded room.

The pool was green and while I realize it’s not pool season it just made the whole property look nasty. My room had a musky smell. The refrigerator did not work. Beds were not comfortable.

The room was filthy! There were stains all over the walls and something splattered on the light fixtures. The pool is swamp green. The area was not safe. My family was not able to stay here.

The only way I knew housekeeping had been there was that my trash can was empty and a new towel put out. The bed was never made in four days. Obviously, no fresh linens. Breakfast offerings were poor consisting of prepackaged pastries, Raisin Bran or Corn Flakes, bananas or oranges. Coffee was watered down and tasteless. I did not like the proprietor or his family member running this hotel and I will not go back.

The coffee maker in the hotel room had mold growing in it. The breakfast was so limited that it looked like someone forgot to bring the food out. There were two honey buns and one yogurt plus cereal but the milk was not individually packaged and did not seem fresh.

The Front Staff was Amazing, My towels smelled of strong cigarette smoke from Housekeeping. I had to kill a roach in my room so I was worried not to take extra guess to my home.

The Front Desk was amazing, house keeping gave towels full of cigarette smoke.i saw a roach in my room. Room rate was more than i wanted to spend but i what could be done all the hotel were high.

When wanting to check out early I was told by the owner I could not because my reservation was for 3 days and then was told if he sold the room I would get a refund for the day I didn’t use. He was very rude and disrespectful and was yelling at me. According to the owner you have to let them know 24 hrs in advance if you are leaving early He called me a liar when I explained to him that I told his worker on Friday I would be checking out on Saturday when I asked about a late check, sorry what is that according to them you only get 15-20 minutes for a late check-out, she also tried to lie and say I didn’t tell her that. This property is do hard up for money it is really sad I asked for extra towels could not get those until I gave them the dirty towels this is by far the place to stay it’s worse than a motel RUN FOREST RUN!

From the jump, this place was awesome. We checked in, we didn't check in until 2 in the afternoon. We got there at 5 AM. We were able to get early check in. We met a man by the name of ryan at the front desk. We were able to get to our room. We were tired from driving all night and our room was so clean. Of breath of fresh air from the Trident in suites in Louisiana and it was clean, everything was clean. Everything was great, there was no bugs. There was no nothing dirty, everything was great. And amazing, everybody that we came across was awesome! They have breakfast in the morning from 629 I bplease if you want it in the office. There are no telephones in your room But why do you need a room phone anyway? Because everybody has cellphones these days. Do you first get there is a waffle house As your drive into the parking lot. And I don't know about you but where I live We don't have Waffle houses so I was happy about that as well. My wife and I absolutely loved staying at this location in Columbus, Mississippi. And we will definitely be back to stay here again in the near future. And I hope Ryan is still there because he is awesome.

Drugs and prostitution going on in hotel. My 12 year old son had to witness drugs and the smell of drugs and used condoms in our room at check in. We didn’t stay the hotel and Expedia condone these room standards and was denied a refund.

Management and all employees were great! We came into town for MSU graduation. We felt safe, rooms were clean. Only faults is that the room door was not flush but did not effect the closure, and the pool wasn’t open yet but it looked like it was undergoing cleaning and repairs before opening.

Good for one night, but breakfast lacking
Place was nice for an overnight stay. Only thing I was upset about is the breakfast consisted of a make your own waffle, cereal or a muffin or honey bun. And you had to take it back to the room, my wife got a cup of coffee and it had the coffee grounds in the bottom of her cup and she said it didn’t taste good. Staff was extremely nice. Beds were comfy, room was clean , tub could use a good scrub. An older place that is being updated, overall good for 1 night. Just wish breakfast would have been better.
