Pros: location to various activities and always clean
Cons: wifi would not connect on kindles or small lap top
As always great experience. Friendly staff and great breakfast and happy hour.

Great hotel!

We stayed one night because we had an early flight the next day. The place was great, clean, comfortable and the amenities were awesome. Very friendly staff.

Close to the airport and downtown

Location: Excellent location, close to downtown, within a few miles of the airport, and not to far from either of the Columbus casinos. OSU campus is also close
One of the top hotels in Columbus and located off of I 670. I love this hotel because the staff treats you so very well on every visit. I was greeted by Sidney at the front desk with a warm smile. She was very helpful in retrieving a cart for my luggage and informing me of the Happy Hour and complimentary breakfast that evening and the following morning. Later in the evening, I was sitting at the bar enjoying Happy Hour, free appetizers and a few cocktails, before ordering a delicious burger. My bartender, Carrie, did an excellent job taking care of my needs for a most outstanding dining experience. The rooms in this hotel are immaculate and always well stocked with your every need. All in all, I would never be afraid of recommending this hotel to anyone!!!

The staff was wonderful I had a hard day with booking somewhere to stay the staff was very great with making me feel welcomed

Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice. The lobby was freezing though! The pool was insane when we took our kids around 730. There were teenagers jumping in and horse playing meanwhile the "security guard" just sat there on his phone. The kids with me were 1,3,5, and 7 and we had to make them leave because they almost got jumped on and hit multiple times. The room was very nice! The pillows were extremely uncomfortable but other than that it was an easy stay. Checking out the assistant GM wasn't very friendly. I stood there and waited for him to call me up to the desk and all he did was look at me so I came to the desk and he didn't greet me at all I just said I need to check out and he said what's your suite number and I told him then he said okay done and that was it. Did not ask me how my stay was or thank me for staying at that hotel. Need a little customer service training. Very disappointed that he was the assistant GM.

I've stayed at the hotel before but this stay was horrible it was a trillion kids tht was out of control couldn't relax at the pool and to top it off they didn't hv proper bathroom linen no washclothes at all no soap at all and one towel jus horrible stay for my birthday getaway

Nice hotel for chaos

It was a convenient location and beautiful hotel. Apparently there was a convention being hosted at the hotel and a large amount of kids staying for a hockey tournament. Let's just say, it wasn't the most relaxing stay. There was at some times 30-40 kids in the pool. It was chaos. The same chaos carried over to breakfast in a not so functional breakfast room. I just gave up on trying to get food. The room was decent, large in size. We found a bug in the pull out bed (NOT a bed bug but yucky more than anything) the headboard had smears on it when the sun hit it, also kinda yucky. The rest was clean and the bathrooms were nice. The bar in the basement was convenient. Two calls and 3 hours later we couldn't get a pillow and blanket we asked for. Nice & beautiful hotel, but sheer chaos the whole time.

Nice hotel

Hotel was nice, staff was nice. We had six in reservations and had 2 sets of towels and coffee cups in our room. Buffet was nice, but there was not enough beverages for the amount of guests (they were continuously running out of coffee). I would still recommend, but would hope those things would be fixed in the future.
