No problem for checking in and out Requested a late check out and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating

noise above room

Pros: it seemed nice I wiah we could have taken advantage and enjoyed ourselfs
Cons: we found out that this was all perpetrated by unsupervised children ages 7 to 9 I think all your guests should be required to supervise their childre
Location: don't know it wasn't the kind of trip to sight see
my experience was horrible, It all started about 1 hour after we arrived there was banging and pounding and foot stomping in the room above us. I called to the front desk to find out if there was construction going on they said no. They said they would call the room to settle things down, It did get some what toned down but we had to leave to our destination so I don't know if it ever ended. We returned about 10;30 to more of the same after about an hour when we wanted to sleep I called the front desk again I was told they would take care of it. things were quite enough for us to get to sleep only to be awoken at 1;30 to thinking bombs were going off I called the desk again but things did not settle until almost 2;30 by the time we tossed and turned it was 3;30 and got some sleep only to be awoken at 7:10 to more of the same I will tell you I don't know how that room could not have been destroyed all we could think of was to get out of there, also I never received a receipt !!!!

Staff Retraining Needed

Pros: Rooms, ambiance, breakfast
Cons: Night staff training. Housekeeping training.
I planned to arrive during early morning hours (1am) from the West Coast, so I called ahead to find out about shuttle service. I was told there was none and I would need to pay for a cab. My plane arrived late and after paying the cab I was told in hostile tones by the night clerk that I had made a mistake and the cabbie was to come in and get paid. She snapped off $13 to pay me back (tip was on me), told me to be sure to tell her what I took from the convenience store, never smiled or made eye contact. At 7:45am housekeeping pounded on the door and tried to force their way in. I yelled at them to go away as I was sleeping. At 8:45 they did it again, despite a Do Not Disturb sign. Breakfast was great and the daytime staff very pleasant. For over $200 night, I expect better.
