Needs repairs and updating. I was put in a room where the toilet didn't work when I went to the front desk three ither peiple were there saying something in their room didn't work either. Needs serious repairs.

The staff was great but the room was noisy and dated. One elevator was out of service and the other had a long wait time. Very poor design in the room - the light switch is less than an inch from a heavy self closing door and is a great way to get your finger smashed.

I really liked this place. I would give it 5 stars but they make you pay $150 deposit when you stay on top of whatever the fee is.

I don’t like that they charge to park. Front desk staff were amazing. Cleaning staff needs to know English if they want to work here in America. Breakfast buffet staff need to learn patience and be more friendlier. Marijuana Needs to be prohibited or required to be smoked outside like cigarettes. Outside of these few things the stay was great.

I figured this property would be cleaner for 200 a night. Also advertised as a full restaurant, and we were povided a limited menu of 4 appetizers and an overpriced special of three spare ribs, dry cornbread, with potatoes and Brussel sprouts for the low price of 49.00 per plate.

This is like a hidden gem with a very nice breakfast and happy hour! The lobby and bar area are cozy and nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pool area could use a new paint job, though.

The staff at this location is AMAZING! Front desk was very kind and accommodating. I came in exhausted with three teenagers and Jaime at the front desk immediately made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The kitchen staff in the mornings were wonderful and friendly. I thought breakfast closed at 10. It was 9:30, but they still fed us with a smile. This is the only place I will stay when going to Columbus!
