Very clean, good value

You have to request coffee maker, hair dryer, etc but staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean & bed comfy. Good value.

Nice staff

Staff was great. I didn’t like that we had no room service in the 3 day/ nights we were there. When we needed clean towels I had to bring them down to front desk to get them switched for clean ones. Also I was very upset with breakfast, I thought they offered continental breakfast, all there had was coffee, packaged muffins and granola bars.

Hurricane Irma refuge from Naples FL. area

Pros: Everything...
Cons: Better internet speed.
Location: Just waited for Irma to pass by.....
Great stay, clean room, microwave, full size fridge, stove top... You could live here! Pet friendly, great staff, we will come back to visit Columbus Ga. when we're not running 4 our lives. Close to wide range of dining options.

Overall a very good experience. Staff were accommodating. Right next to a highway, so a bit noisy.

Great for the money

Pros: Clean, comfortable, inexpensive.
Cons: air conditioner could be cooler.
Location: very convenient to airport, malls, college, and restaurants. Best restaurant in town is immediately beside hotel.
It was as I was expecting plus some. It was comfortable and clean. That was all I was asking for. However it did have a microwave, refrigerator, and a cooktop. More than I was expecting. And even though I did not need these items, it is good to know they are there if I ever do need a place with these. I had some problem signing into the free WIFI but it was no real problem as the front desk assisted me and I was able to get on line.

Feels like HOME!

The costumer service is by far the best in the North, South, East or West! I honestly felt like family owned the hotel. I traveled from Seattle to Columbus then stayed in hotels down here for 2 months. This one by far was the best... I tried to venture out sometimes because my job would take me to ATL, Birmingham, ETC..ETC.. but I always wanted to be back at Extended Stay near the airport. If my job consist of an hour drive I would choose Extended Stay. I tried several between but nope. The General Manager will kill you with kindness and generosity. I kinda miss it lol but I'm glad I'm in my own home now.

Great Stay

This hotel was awesome. We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we needed to. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. She was amazing. Everything was great. If I'm ever in this area again I'll be staying there.
