Very clean, inexpensive, included a full kitchen. Only downside is that none of the dishes or kitchenware are in the room. You have to pick them up at the front desk.

Upon walking into the room and seeing the cupboard door missing under the sink area was a huge turn off. Having to ask for a coffee pot or even coffee was not expected so we didn’t bother. The staff was friendly at both check out and check in however being told they didn’t have items for breakfast due to being out of stock tells me they truly didn’t care enough to make sure their customers stay was appreciated with a coffee or a muffin or anything for breakfast as it stated it did have continental breakfast items at check in. There were no dishes, no silverware, no dryer for your hair and truly not worth the amount paid. I could have had more from another hotel. We were very very very disappointed at the price for all the more we got. Which was literally just a place to lay our heads because nothing was in the room except the beds 3 pillows on each bed and barely enough toilet paper and no extra for just in case. The fridge was out dated and honestly just the fact we couldn’t even use any amenity in the room because they had to brought in upon asking was very tacky. Ice cube trays was the only kitchen item nothing else. The beds were wobbly and even the light switches didn’t work well except the main one and that was very annoying as well. VERY disappointed at what I spent for this hotel. Pictures were deceiving and we were not happy at all.

Convenient location and overall acceptable. Cost/value proposition not great. Cleaning staff gracious, kind and helpful; night front desk staff not so much. Room spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Heavy smell of marijuana in hall. Room "febreeze" deodorizer was overwhelming (even when set on low). Parking lot under construction; not enough spaces for guests; no measures taken to help guests find a place to park. Card entry not working on exterior door - no measures taken to inform guests. "Free breakfast" is the typical gaslighting description of a paltry snack and marginal coffee service - not anything like a "breakfast."

They allowed us to check in a bit early so we could get to our concert. Hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. The room could have used some updating, chips out of cupboards, front of refrigerator discolored but it was clean and comfortable.

Free breakfast included is inaccurate. The little stand of power bars to go is inappropriate to call free breakfast and Extended Stay should not false advertise. And no coffee until noon is also just poor. It is about to easy soft costs that bring folks back. Thanks for asking, Gary W.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom had a wet rag smell. Kitchen has good amenities but it was run down -- cabinets doors kind of broken, faucet leaky, fridge door handle worn out. Serviceable but wouldn't stay there again.

Just don't stay here.
We had to change rooms because of the smell. The a/c leaked and the carpet was wet and smelly in the room we had to keep. They called 4 or 5 days after we checked out at the front desk and turned in our keys to the clerk. And asked if we were still there. I'm checking to see what they charged me for.

When we got our room & we realized it had a major ant issue. The front desk staff were kind to get us another room with out the ants. When we asked for cookware/silverware they only had 1-small boiling pan and some silverware. Said sorry we are “out of all the rest of the cookware items”. It was kind of why we choose this hotel to be able to cook food. Breakfast was a choice of a granola bar, muffin or oatmeal …lot less then they use to do. The coffee was great. In close proximity to stores, highways and things to do.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I had the worst night sleep in my life because the bed was rock hard. In the morning, I called the front desk to share my concerns and we discovered my mattress was upside down! They were surprised and apologetic. Happy they were nice about it. But this is unacceptable!

Nice Price and Home-Style Feel
It was a nice and clean hotel. We like to use these type of hotels because they are cheap, but also have a home-type feel with the full refrigerator, stovetop, and kitchen sink area. They are also cat and dog friendly, but do charge a pet deposit. The staff were also very friendly, accommodating and nice to conversate with.

For the last 3 years until a few months ago the manager and some of the staff at this hotel have been really terrible. I was treated badly by them many times. It was like a sample of the worst hotel in America that I would not recommend at all. I had no choice but to stay at this hotel on business. Nothing but displeasure. However, he became a new manager and this time he responded much better. You can tell by looking at the eyes of the working staff Hope this keeps getting better.

It was very clean, the lobby had a nice clean smell. The hallways smelled like cigars but did not over flow into the rooms. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. I had to use the laundry facilities and they take debit cards which was nice.

Location is within walkable distance to all the doctor's offices near Metro Place North in Dublin Ohio. Hotel seems decent but housekeeping staff not that alert completing their daily duties. I checked into a cleaned room without pillows and pillowcases laying on the bed seem used. The check-in lady rectified the situation immediately. Hotel seems a little too quiet for the area it is located in and the other customers do not seem very well mannered for a hotel like that. It is better than any motel but not worth $100 a night. There are much better hotels for that rate.
