I could not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: My wife said, "If you wake up before me get me up and I do not care if it is 6:00 a.m. lets get the hell out of here."
Cons: Hire motivated, reliable, dependable staff that are competent. How someone could not see the mold on the shower head is most disturbing.
Location: I would expect Expedia to have an idea of their inventory.
We were very disappointed with the room in Columbus, OH. The shower head had mold on it. I wiped part of it off and have taken several pictures. My wife and I had stayed at another Extended Stay America Hotel near metro airport in Detroit, MI and we were impressed with the room and had expected to have a similar experience. Unfortunately upon closer inspection of the room in Columbus, we realized that the shower, refrigerator, bathroom wall near switch were dirty. We were disgusted and in shock at the condition of the room. We were on our way to a concert and simply dropped our luggage off (3:00 p.m.) and did not pay attention to any details until we returned well after midnight. It was not a great room, however we thought we were at the end of our trip and wanted to have a good night sleep prior to driving 4-5 hours home. I was about to take a shower upon returning from the concert and ended up cleaning myself using the sink. I thought how could a housekeeper not see the condition of the room was disturbing and since we were there in the middle of the night the thought of finding another hotel would be difficult and since we are not from the area we did not wish to wonder. There were not even any glasses to get a drink of water with our medication. There was nobody available at the front desk until 7:00 a.m. other than a security guard at the front door. I spoke to a woman and she advised me that a manager would be coming in soon.

Good travel hotel for the money

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: The large room and availability of the refrigerator,
Cons: Put some basic eating utensils, even if plastic, in the kitchen. A coffee pot would also be nice.
Location: Tow exits north there is a greats selection of restaurants.
This hotel is located just of I 71 near Columbus. This is a big interchange with a number of hotels and restaurants. It was a bit difficult to find as you had to go down a side street past many boarded up hotels, I was within a block and the GPS said I was there but I had to call for directions. The room was large with a kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. There were no dishes, glasses, cups or eating utensils anywhere. Not ever a coffee pot. The bathroom was small and cramped and the sink was in the entrance hall. Our room was booked in advance and the description did not mention breakfast. It was correct though when we checked in we were told breakfast was included and where it would be served. The next morning there was a cart with coffee and granola bars. The room was large and comfortable and the price was good.

I had to stay here for several days for business and it was not a good hotel. One room smelled and one room had ants. The entire experience is not impressive. Very bare bones hotel.

Beds were extremely firm. Not the cleanest place. Be happy to have clean towels. Check in at 3- was told at 2:45 couldn't check in yet, so had to wait 15 minutes. Not a big deal, but better customer service would of processed it.

not what expected

Posted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: the only thing that was pleasant was the intake person.....she apologize because there was no sofas at the facility.
Cons: take it off you list......
Location: nothing
I went thru you guys to book a room for me, at an extended stay in Columbus, Ohio . I had my grandchildren and great grand children to meet us there thinking that I was going to have at 2 beds or king size bed , and sofa. To my surprise I didn't get neither, the hotel doesn't even have sofas or let or couch , 6 of us slept in a regular bed, needless to say, my self and my spouse well in our sixty's wasn't able to sleep at all. Then for breakfast nothing but muffins, package oatmeal. the person from EXPEDIA NAME ALLEN ensured me the room was nice, and I would be pleased. How awful wrong was he. I guess you guys haven't a clue as the type or kind of hotel you are booking....

Don't stay here.

Posted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: Nothing about the room. The staff tried to help.
Cons: Smell
Location: Choose a different hotel. There are plenty in Columbus.
Uncomfortable beds. Breakfast was fruit ( an apple to go) and coffee. That is not free breakfast as advertised. Full kitchen with zero in it, not even a spoon or a cup. Awful smell. Switched rooms, then more different smells. If I hadn't paid ahead, I would have left.
