Ok, what can you expect in Columbus.

Pros: The staff
Cons: I would stay at Extended Stay America again
Location: It was a nice day. Enjoyed having one place to eat with in walking distance.
I have no idea why people would want to live like that. Meaning Columbus in general. If i wasn't for doctor's appointment would not go there. I try to avoid even flying out of that city.

Great Stay!!!

California King Bed with pullout bed made for enough space. Rooms were renovated and clean. I loved my stay. Breakfast could have been better than coffee and breakfast bars but, the viscinity of the hotel was near all shopping and restaurants. Premium area.

Very basic, no perks, continental breakfast was a joke. Coffee. Everything else was wrapped and plenty of preservatives. Nothing gluten free, or nothing a health conscience person can have. fruit? Hard boiled egg? Newspaper? Just a room. No ice bucket, napkins in the kitchen. Staff didn't even tell me about continental breakfast, and because I reserved my room from expediate, they treated me like a second class citizen. Not impressed. Ed was comfortable and shower was hot, room was pretty clean.

Our room which was a non smoking room, smelled of smoke so BAD! Sidewalks were not cleared or salted! Waited approx 15 minutes for staff to check out (she was in office, less than 10 feet from front desk). Very disappointed in the entire stay.

The staff were wonderful & very friendly. They were extremely accommodating, which made the stay even nicer. The rooms were clean & it's very close to shopping & good restaurants.

Reasonably Priced Suites

Pros: Proximity to everything in the Columbus area.
Cons: More staff on duty. I was told I had to come to front desk for needed items or wait until staff was not busy.
Location: Polaris Mall and surrounding shopping plazas and restaurants were within walking distance.
Accommodations were very nice but we had to request everything, such as extra bedding for the sofa bed, dishes/supplies for the kitchen and the suite was never cleaned. Maybe I was to request that, too.

Convenient area. Comfortable Furnishings

The room was big and comfortable as far as the furnishings. The heat was impossible to regulate. It was very cool in the room with no way to adjust the heat.

Pros: location , cleanliness, updated,
Cons: the room bed arrangement was tight, shower head way to small, no regular creamer st coffee bar, and frequently out of coffee
Location: tons of things to do and superb selection of restaraunts.
the hotel was super clean, updated and a good location. the attendant at the front desk, geralanda was extremely helpful when I wanted to cancel one night stay through Expedia . you have an awesome employee with her.
