Rude receptionist can ruin all good services

It was good to have a shuttle bus service to downtown Columbus. It was okay even though the bus could not come on time several times. But, it was terrible when the receptionist ignored guests' asking about the situation. Guests just went out to use their own cars or was frustrated when the receptionist kept ignore guests' questions about an estimate time. The bus driver felt so sorry that he had to go get groves by the order instead of knowing his schedule to pick up guests, and drove as fast as possible to drop guests even though they were late over 40 min. for their planned meetings and schdeules. The receptionist made a mistake for splitting balance for two credit cards and said it was too late to fix it since it was processed already when guests found the mistake. Problem can be happen at any hotels, but a guest expects a receptionist who has a problem solving skill or at least has a concern of guest's time and money in a good hotel.
