Excellent staff, problematic building

The staff were great: friendly & accommodating. My room appeared clean but had roaches. My toilet backed up. Hotel is on a noisy highway.

OK hotel

Cons: Sound proofing
Location: locations is good
The sound transmission thru the walls and floors is terrible. We had a ground floor unit and at 6am kids or someone was jumping and running around on the unit above until we went to breakfast at 7:30am. Also, we were close to the outside door and someone came in at 4:00am and was very loud closing the door. The facilities were fine, looks like recently remodeled but they need to improve the sound problem. I will not stay in this hotel again and perhaps Fairfield hotels. I'm sure they build them all without sound attenuation in the floor or walls.

Nice Hotel

Pros: I liked the hotel. Just a couple details that needed attention. The hotel actually looked like it was new.
Cons: warmer pool water, detail to cleaning
Location: We couldn't find anything to do although it did rain so outside activities were limited. There were plenty of places to eat and shopping galore.
Overall the hotel was very nice and Hotel staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good. The appearance of the rooms also looked clean but when you really looked, the toilet was yellow from not being cleaned and the room was dusty. Not trying to be picky, just saying. The pool was smaller than expected and the water was not warm enough to stay in. This is just some feedback.

Convenient location next to restaurants.

Pros: The friendly staff greetings, smiles, and looking to meet the needs of customers.
Cons: Perhaps a little more deep cleaning in the corners.
Location: The location was off the main drag and easy to get to shopping areas and restaurants.
The staff were great, good location, breakfast was amazing, and cleanliness was pleasing.

Great Location, huge rooms.

Pros: Rooms were large, breakfast was great.
We came to watch my son graduate from boot camp at Fort Benning . Our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was great and location to restaurants was fabulous. Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Columbus area.

Nice hotel for Fort Benning stay

Pros: Very clean, very convenient!
Cons: Front desk staff were not always immediately available. A bell to ring for service would be great!
Location: Check out Logan's Roadhouse...excellent food, great prices, awesome drinks!
Great hotel, clean, easy access. Only complaint is the front desk staff do not stay at the front desk, sometimes there is no one there and you have to wait for someone to come around. A bell might be nice.

Army graduation

We were in town for a graduation at Fort Benning. Flew in from Atlanta and the hotel was very easy to get to. We came in 4 Hrs before check in and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing was there was a bit of a musty smell but the air was turned off so not sure if that was what it was. It went away. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would have liked some yogurt for breakfast but survived without it.

Nice clean hotel 10 minutes from Fort Benning

Went to family day at Fort Benning to see my son. I would recommend this hotel. Easy on and off highway. 10 minutes to Fort Benning. Already booked my room for turning blue ceremony and graduation.

Clean and comfortable
