We had requested a standard King room and we were given a Handi-cap King room. We were too tired to go back down & question it. Hotels need to be aware that just because a person l[ks like a senior, doesn't mean they want to be treated like one!

Great value at a reasonable price.
The Fairfield Inn lived up to its reputation of five stars. Great service at the desk especially Tyrone. Great breakfast - kudos to Cassie. Clean rooms. Good appearance of the lobby. Conveniently located.

Paula, at customer service front desk - assisted us when checking out and was very apologetic about the noise disruptions that went on for several hours 7 pm -11:pm . Children seem to be running, unaccompanied throughout the hotel, down the hallways and stairways, causing vibrations in our hotel room, where we were unable to sleep. We requested a refund or appropriate compensation and we’re informed that since we paid and booked through Expedia that was not an option, but up to Expedia to refund . We were also informed by the hotel staff there have been multiple complaints regarding the noise and behavior of the children’s/students volleyball team and their parents that were staying at this hotel.. The parents were equally as loud as the children, inconsiderate of other guests.

Will not book this hotel again.
Room had a very bad mold odor. Furniture and carpets were old and worn. TV had no internet with limited channels. Breakfast we found mold in the grated cheese.

The hotel was just ok. When we checked in, they tried to give us a regular room when we had paid for a suite. We went back to the desk and had them fix it. They said they did not know how or when it was changed. Once in the suite, we noted that the pull out couch was not big enough for our son. Much smaller than advertised. The tv in the living area had no remote to operate it. There was only 1 pillow and a blanket for my son. The bathroom was clean, but needed updating. Things were worn and starting to not work properly. The pool needs to be drained and properly cleaned. There was a buildup around the edges from hard water and mildew. I would not have used it but desperatly needed to do my water physical therapy exercises. Part of the reason for choosing this hotel was to have a pool for my exercises. Breakfast was good. We chose to leave early to go home and be more comfortable.

Despite being fully booked, extremely busy with lots of family travel and kids playing, creating messes, the breakfast area and all was so clean, so well-run. Fantastic and friendly all the way!
