Disgusting

The room looked as if it wasn't cleaned. Had old chunky half and half, coffee pot had a thick layer of dust and hair in it, no tissues, almost no toilet paper. Front desk agent was unfriendly and not even attempting to be sociable. It felt like we were staying in a motel, not something I would expect from the four points, definitely not staying here again!

Bed not made

Pros: Beds were comfy.
Cons: Cleaning staff needs help!
Location: Nice area of Columbus, OH.
We walked into a room with an unmade bed and soiled towels. We changed rooms, and then found used candy wrappers in the dresser drawer. After two incidents, some compensation should have been offered, but wasn't.

Not worth the price!

No breakfast included at all, rooms and bathrooms are old looking. Will not stay there again for that kind of price!

Slightly surprised - two night stay

Location: Great location, plenty of options nearby and quick access to highways.
I really was expecting a little better especially because its location in the Polaris Area. The positive - all staff I encountered was extremely friendly. It is also an easy walk to the Quest Conference Center. There is also a convenience store, a McDonalds and a 24 hour Steak & Shake within walking distance. The room was fine, not luxurious but acceptable. Could use some updating. Bed was comfortable. The negative - the tub/shower had absolutely no hand hold anywhere and the tub was very slippery.The breakfast buffet was set up very late (after 7 am) and the eggs, sausage and potatoes were terrible.

Great hotel for the price

The hotel was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Very enjoyable stay! The only downfall was that there was no continental breakfast, you had to pay for it. Other than that it was a great hotel to stay at.

The bed, curtains and wall paper need some update. Bathroom is clean and staffs are friendly.
