We were greeted by a very unfriendly man and went to our room which had no AC. The maintenance man did try to fix it but it never cooled off. The shower was dirty and the bed was as hard as a rock. It is convenient but not worth the money. Won’t stay again.

I arrived to CMH at midnight and called the hotel, and they sent someone right away to pick me up. My room was very comfortable, breakfast the next morning was tasty, the price was very affordable, and I would definitely stay there again.

Needed to overnight waiting for an early morning flight. I was surprised at how little I could hear flights in or out. The bed was quite comfortable, the temperature controls were effective. Grubhub/Seamless seems to be the only option for getting food, outside of breakfast. Shuttle ride to the airport was very prompt, only about the minutes wait, and about three minutes to the airport.

First, the beds were AMAZING! Best mattresses I've ever had at a hotel, and the selection of pillows allowed choice between sort to firm. Very clever. Breakfast buffet was a perfect selection, again, the best I've probably ever experienced. Even plenty of options for Plant Based, like me. Well stocked. Staff were efficient & friendly.

The property is a good stop for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was tasty. The room had good space and the bed was comfortable. The thermostat did not seem to work properly forcing me to use the window controls. The tub faucet was loose and difficult to start to engage the faucet.

The location is prime if your like us and need a place close to the airport. The bed was very clean and comfortable. In terms of cleanliness of our room it was good. The carpet throughout the hotel is very outdated. Mold growing in spots on the first floor especially around the elevator. If we weren’t so tired we would have went to an alternative hotel nearby.
