Hotel lacked as a Hampton InnPosted Oct 28, 2015
Cons: Everything. Hampton Inn should be ashamed to have their name attached to this hotel.
Location: No comment
The biggest issue is the communication between the hotel and Expedia. Supposedly, Expedia's credit card bounced at the hotel. In actuality it was a change in fees at the hotel that caused the whole issue. Our reservations were made 6 months in advance so there was no excuse for this issue when we got there. The next issue is the roaches in one of the rooms (we had 3) and this happened to be the room with my grand kids. Under one the beds was lube. SO, from start to finish the stay was horrible and I would never recommend this place. On another note. I talked to Expedia and was supposed to have someone from corporate talk to me. Hasn't happened yet. So, really discouraged with this action.

Very comfortable and convenient to the airport.Posted Oct 16, 2015
Pros: Breakfast menu and staff.
Cons: Completely satisfactory..... No complaints at all.
Location: Airport is nearby and the Infantry Museum at Ft Benning is a must see.
Stayed here for 5 nights for a reunion at Ft. Benning. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and well maintained. Will stay here if the need ever arises. Handy to the airport and shopping. 10 minute drive to Ft. Benning.

Convenient to airport and highway.Posted Sep 20, 2015
Pros: We like the location. Our reservation was upgraded to a king suite and it was nice to have the extra space.
Cons: The a/c unit was a little noisy and disturbed our sleep.
My parents live in this city so we are familiar with the area. The location is on the nicer side of town and is convenient to the expressway, shopping and dining.

easy access from hwyPosted Aug 9, 2015
Cons: give a desk or table, take out bigger items like the armoire
this hotel was a nice experience. the bed sheets were luxury compared to extended stays hotel bed linens and this room was much more clean. the location looked a bit shady and alarming however, behind locked doors, i heard no noises outside and overall this experience was pleasant and I'm glad I spent 20 bucks more to get a great nights sleep. I was only disappointed the room did not have a table or desk for my laptop. the room seemed cluttered with other furniture that i didnt need. none the less, a great experience, thank you.
