Based off the reviews I decided to stay at this property. We arrived at 3am and unfortunately because we have been traveling for hours and was tired we was forced to stay. I paid for the room prior before arriving. Once I arrived my double room was unavailable but then she said found one available. Once we get into the room we realize we was given a dirty room. Roaches was roaming everywhere even in the beds. No towels. The breakfast attendant was cleaning the restrooms and refilling food with the same gloves. This was one nasty experience.

As soon as we walked into our room, they were roaches crawling by the bathroom door. Bathroom toilet was broken and shower completely dirty. Front desk did not call back once we called and as we tried to move to another hotel, they refused to refund us the deposit or the money for us to book something else.

The place is somewhat outdated and smells musty which made it not worth the price. The clerk was on a personal phone call on their cellphone and continued it while checking us in. However, the bed was clean & comfortable.

Terrible Hotel
This Hotel had several problems. We encountered roaches, a tub that won’t drain, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom not cleaned, baseboards laying on the floors, broken TV remote and paint peeling from the doors. We checked out after one day.

checkin lobby was dirty . room and bedding was dirty and stained. fixtures broken coming apart. Must have been a good hotel before,but definitely not a place that I felt safe sleeping in. I had nonrefundable stay otherwise would have immediately paid more somewhere else. Also there is a deposit due of 50 to 75 dollars. Saw a roach in the front checkin when I came in. So disappointed. Did not sleep well all night

The night front desk clerk was courteous, she was worried about not having enough rooms for other guest who hadn't checked in yet, but was still able to accomadate us. Once we got to the room, the bed was really high from my short elderly grandmother, so we made the decision to use the pull out sofa bed. Upon removing the cushion we encountered a baby diaper, food, and other debris. Upon checking the restroom, there was urine on and under the toilet seat along with dust. Also, the were stains and hair on the bedsheets. I attempted to call the front desk to submit a complaint but no one answered and I already knew that I wouldn't be able to change rooms because of the commentary from earlier. In the morning at check out, I told the front desk clerk about the issues, and she asked me did I leave the cushions off of the couch so that the housekeeper would know to clean it. The housekeeper should already be verifying for usage, it is not the guests' job. We were not able to use the sofa bed so my grandmother slept sitting up the whole night.

Very nasty and when I asked the front desk to clean, the young lady asked me…the staff asked the guest to look for the cleaning crew to let them know. Appalled! That is not my job, at that point, I asked for a refund and check out. They came to clean the room and still left the nastiness, just left new towels and made no bed. Horrendous!

The staff member took forever to check me in I had to run to the restroom while waiting on her then she gave my id to a stranger I did not know him like that I’m there because I don’t feel comfortable bringing strangers to my house it made me feel very uncomfortable I I did not know this person like that at all now they have my address my id info etc all that has been compromised shortly after I left a few hours later there was a shooting at the hotel there were no clean towels in the room when I got in there had to wait for staff to bring some towels that I did not need because I left a few hours after I arrived bad experience

The room was ok. But it had some mole in the ceiling looks like wet spots. IIt was okay to rest and ready for my hospital stay the next day. We checked out early and my husband spent the night at the hospital instead of the room .

Terrible. There was a bad smell in the room. Additionally, the toilet was very nasty. Dirt was easily visible on the toilet seat. I refused to use it. I called rhe front desk for cleanint crew and no one showed. The TV didnt work either. My one night stay was extremely uncomfortable.

Morning Tammara I'm sorry to hear that someone stole your license plate while staying with us. The front desk does not have access to the cameras only upper management does. i'm sure that we do have camera angles covering the area you parked at, just depends on where it was, how you were parked and if it set off the motion sensor. Again i apologize that this happened to you and hopefully we can do something to prevent this type of thing from happening in the future.

Upon entering the room the room was really hot due to the air conditioner not being on. The phone didn’t work the entire stay. The fridge wouldn’t get cold and the tv wasn’t working. Maintenance was called and all the issues were taken care of quickly except the phone issue which was due to a cut line during renovations. I would advise bringing own soap because the provided soap is about the size of a walnut. The area was quiet though.
