This hotel was finishing up a renovation that was about 98% complete. They did a wonderful job with the remodel. Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The breakfast was adequate nothing fancy but when comparing it to other Hampton's it has a positive rating. The problem here is location. It is located on a unmarked service and there is no signage easy to spot, the area on a whole around the hotel appears to be declining economically. Used the pool , exercise room and ate all were a positive experiences.

A Little Disappointed

We were just doing a quick overnight sisters getaway. We love Hampton but we were a little disappointed with this one. The neighborhood wasn't the best and there was renovations going on. The front desk area was very noisy upon check in but quieted down later in the evening. There was a lot of dust in the lobby area from the renovations with a huge fan trying to keep the dust down I guess. The hotel staff was really good. Very disappointed that the pool was closed and that wasn't listed on the website when I booked. I would have chosen another hotel if I would have known. Overall it was a nice room. It was clean and looked freshly remodeled. I still prefer Hampton to any other hotel I've stayed at. It just would have been nice to know about the remodel and closed pool. :(

Disappointing

Our room was updated and looked fine, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that renovations were being done in the hallways and it would be loud during the day, especially since we were with family traveling with an infant.
