Great Front Desk People

My daughter and I stayed at Hampton Inn for nearly a week for an extended visit to Dublin. Noticing the length of our stay, Teri at the front desk warned us that we did not have a fridge or microwave in our room. I'm glad she noticed. We booked specifically so we would have access to these things and not have to eat out all the time. (She said the code I had booked was not a fridge/microwave room. Apparently the listing on expedia was incorrect?) In any event, Teri checked to find a different room for us but they were all full so she hunted down a fridge for us to be put in our room. We were able to use the microwave in the breakfast area, which was a little less convenient, but doable. Throughout our stay, the staff was gracious, friendly, and helpful.
The only items not ticked on my wishlist: There is no guest laundry facility at this location. We had to go to a laundromat. Also, the pillows were not my favorite, but some people may like them. (I like pillows with substance to them and even the ones labeled 'firm' were "squishy". Everything else was great. Clean and well-appointed.
