Too many problems

The a/c cover was falling off when we checked in, exposed wiring. Front desk said it was fine and she didn't have any other rooms. There were 3 cars in the parking lot. Hotel was NOT full she could have given us a different room. Water leak in the bathroom ceiling soaked the towels. Smoke alarm went off when the room temperature was raised to 73. My daughter spilled a cup of tea in the lobby, 3 employees ignored it and left us to clean it up. Customer service was non existent even at check out. Just so disappointing. The next 5 years of visits to Starkville will be at a different hotel.
