Nice place in the Short North/Arena District.Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: Location, friendliness of staff and the clean, well-appointed rooms.
Cons: Nothing. This is a great value.
Location: This is convenient to many restaurants and bars, the Nationwide Arena and interesting shops including the North Market.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk from the hotel to the places we wanted to visit in the Short North district. The location could not have been better.

Nice hotel close to lots of restaurants.Posted Aug 20, 2015
My family and I came from TN. To a concert and we're very surprised how nice this hotel was. Everything was clean, the hotel staff were wonderful. The hotel valets were always so nice and helpful. We walked around and had different restaurants close to choose from. We went our for the concert and my husband had ordered pizza for us , which was delicious! The next morning we went for the Beakfast and therr was so much to choose from. Western omelets, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal with fresh toppings to add, sausage, waffles, muffins, Bagels and many more. Fresh coffee and teas, juice and milk. Definitely going to stay here again!

Reliably greatPosted Aug 19, 2015
We stay here when in Columbus and have never been disappointed by the facilities and service. Why go elsewhere when this hotel is affordable and walkable to the Arena District convention center, North Market, and Short North, and the central business district. It is our go-to place.

Good hotel, except for parkingPosted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: The breakfast. The staff. The valets do get your car within a few minutes after you text a request for it, and they don't charge extra for in-and-out.
Cons: More room to park for check-in.
Location: It's literally across the street from the convention center.
Excellent breakfast. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is extremely convenient to the convention center. Room with 2 queen beds was a bit cramped. Parking is a pain, and it's expensive--$24 a day, with valet parking the only option. We arrived on a Saturday and couldn't even pull into the limited temporary valet parking area because it was filled (3-4 cars is all it holds), so we parked in a tow-away space until something opened up.

Great LocationPosted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Location, Free Breakfast/WiFi
Location: North Market is a great place to check out. Short North Area is nice as well.
Very walkable around the Short North/Downtown area. Lots of restaurants and shops to check out. The valet service is awesome, you can text them when you are heading down to get your car and they will have it ready for you when you arrive. Great free breakfast choices also.

Chic hotel in a very hip part of Columbus!Posted Jul 11, 2015
This hotel is located in the best area of Columbus, close to hip and trendy bars and restaurants. Near the arena, Clippers stadium and Victorian Village. The hotel itself is updated and modern. Add the super friendly and helpful staff and you have the perfect place to stay when you visit.

Nice hotel, right downtown.Posted Jul 9, 2015
Hotel was very nice, and clean. Staff was extremely friendly, and even offered us advice on places to go during our stay. As always, the beds were very clean and comfortable (my favorite part of Hampton Hotels). The bathroom was also very nice and clean, probably the best bathroom I've had outside of a luxury hotel. There are plenty of places to eat and drink withing walking distance, and for only $24 you can have your car valeted for your entire stay, with unlimited in's and out's.

Pretty nice hotelPosted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: The best part was the staff! Super friendly and accomodating
Cons: Add a fan in the bathroom and refrigerators in all rooms
The staff here is excellent, I came in on a red eye & even though check in was much later in the day, they asked housekeeping to get a room ready for me ASAP, so I was able to get into one sooner. The room was very nice, had an impressive upscale look to it. Mattress gave great support, blinds shut out 95% of the light, everything was pretty comfortable overall. I also have to mention the breakfast, which was amazing; just really good range of choices and something I looked forward to each morning. (Especially those potatoes! Wow, that was a great dish.) The two small nitpicky things I will say are: 1) I really wish, given how humid it was in Columbus while I was there, that there had been some kind of fan in the bathroom. The room was already humid all the time, even with the climate control fan on, so taking a shower in the morning just pushed it into astronomical levels. The windows didn't open, either, so there was no option for relief. 2) I'd been expecting a little refrigerator in my room & was disappointed that there wasn't one... but I think maybe those are only in the suites? Probably my fault for not reading closely enough. Anyway, overall great stay! Would recommend again, just might come back when it's less humid.
