This is an old motel property with potential. It's to bad the rooms are filthy. It hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was 3ft high cob webs, dust on the base boards 2" thick, dead bugs in the bathroom, dead fly in the fridge, it looked like something had been spilled down the side of the night stands and never cleaned. The owner did refund my money which was nice.
They call it a Motel but it has everything you want. Seclusion, quiet and spacious rooms. Friendly staff will even build you a campfire for the evening to enjoy the great outdoors. The money saved allowed us to enjoy Nashville and Bloomington, both within ten minuets. This is a hidden gem and we'll gladly return for more 'our time' . Thanks to the staff.
There was a large dead spider In the floor right as I got into the room, there were webs and further dead bugs right where I had to put my face when I bent down to put stuff in the mini fridge. There was NO sound buffering and it sounded like our bed was outside with all the cars passing 3ft away. The guy running the place was nice but we bailed after the first night and found a different place to stay for our wedding night.
