Property looks/feels amazing, room was spotless and has one of the best views of the city on the higher levels. The gym and pool were nice. Lots of food options. I could not get my laptop to hook up to the wifi but phones were fine. Parking and other extras will cost fees. I always enjoy hilton resort properties.

Everyone was kind and helpful and welcoming. I was a little lost in the maze of the convention center and hotels but that might just be me. The ladies in housekeeping were very helpful. They made sure I had what I need. Mostly I would like to thank Expedia and the hotel for having me all registered and taken care of for this conference. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The only problem I had was that I am tax exempt and I didn't see anything on Expedia to take care of this so I was charged tax. Thank you again. It was a relaxing and delightful stay. (The gentleman at valet wasn't busy when I went to get to my car and I asked directions. He went ahead and volunteered to walk me to my car! Who does that anymore and unfortunately i didn't have any cash left to tip him. He was just being kind I think.)

The property served its purpose, however the day we wanted to leave there was a St. Patty's day parade that caused some confusion on the valet parking. Pretty disappointed in no free wi-fi would assume paying that much for a upper tier hotel that should be included.

Had a very pleasant stay at The Hilton. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. The valet and bellhops went above and beyond my expectations. Hotel was exceptionally clean. My only recommendation would be for front desk to explain to us old timers the technology of operating the elevator with the key 😂

The staff were super friendly, and you can’t be the convenience of the hotel for Convention Center events. The hotel is very nice overall and clean. Our room was average and parking was a hassle. The pool is also small for the size of the hotel and number of guests it accommodates. The pool is open late, though, and the location really can’t be beat.

My boyfriend and I spent our six month anniversary here. It was a great time nice and relaxing. Restaurants were amazing. The swimming pool was too small for that facility and with too many kids but a great time.

The property was great. The decor was great. The one disappointment was not having an iron and ironing board. To be such a great establishment and not have the basic amenities is super disappointing and inconvenient. A steamer doesn't and will never equate to an iron and ironing board. Also, no one ever wants to iron on a bed they will sleep in later, It's not sanitary!
