Staff was very welcoming and nice! The the hotel is clean. It’s within walking distance to the outlet mall, many restaurants, and easy on off freeway access!

Couch and chair need to be updated in the one bedroom suite. Front desk and restaurant staff were super friendly. Food from the restaurant was good.

Front desk employee (older male) was very friendly and informative. Right to the point but in a professional and courteous way. One of the best check in experiences I’ve had. Parking is easy, rooms are clean, and lots of amenities. Would definitely return and recommended.

Facility is nice and clean, but the staff needs to learn what guest service is. Nobody answers at the front desk, just get a busy signal. Most of the time nobody is even present at the front desk so when need something you’re screwed. At check in I was ignored until the guy stopped typing on his keyboard, then he looked up and said “checking in?”. What a nice friendly greeting. Service is a joke at this place. At breakfast I was ignored by everyone again, I watched the servers sitting and eating while I was being ignored. I can’t believe a Hilton property is run so poorly.

Love the jacuzzi tub in the room and decor in lobby. The bed was very uncomfortable. I thought the fact that they charge $13 or $14 for breakfast instead of offering a complementary breakfast was very off putting. It made the hotel seem less welcoming. The staff was very nice though.

Not the hotel's fault
There were teenagers running and yelling for at least 2 hours non-stop. I called the front desk and Ray (bless his heart) said he has been trying to get them to stop. I heard him make an attempt to get them to quiet down as well. We woke up this morning and smelled cigarette smoke in our room from a neighboring room. It was awful!

Good location. Easy to walk to subway, pizza or other restaurants. Room had multiple carpet stains and wore out furniture. Pull out bed was old, broken down. Expensive room, with no included breakfast. Nothing overally friendly from staff at check in. Probably will check out the Hampton Inn or Holiday inn next trip.

The only issue i had with my visit was the fact that my window in my room must not be sealed well. Everytime the wind blew, it made a high pitch whistling sound in the room. And the wind blew all night long. Smh

The staff were very kind and welcoming. My husband and I went to the bar in the evening and received good service and had a wonderful time. I want to note also how clean both the lobby and bar area was! The room itself was disappointing. It had a strong chlorine smell and it was dry in the room, we both woke up the next morning with bad sinus congestion. We also felt that the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. I do want to highlight how helpful staff was! We will visit Hilton Garden Inns in the future, we just wanted to provide feedback from this one experience.

Great weekend stay.
Spent 2 nights at this very fine hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, and the service, check, etc were top notch. One down side was we spent a little more money for the room than for what it was because of all the activities around the Columbus area the weekend of our stay, but every hotel was priced higher than usual that weekend.

My wife and I spent only one night here as we were traveling back to Tennessee. We found this hotel as well as the same brand in Bluffton Indiana to be very well maintained, very clean and the grounds made you feel very safe. I would love to stay in either locations again.
