Better staff

Staff was on her cell phone while checking me just was not professional. The hotel smell like Mill due if you offer free shuttle to the airport provide it not you have to call a cab your self .

Pros: Restaurant has awesome food. There were good varieties starting at $9.
Cons: It is clearly an older hotel with older furniture. It was safe and near the highway.
Location: Macy's was close by

A place to sleep

Pros: The breakfast was complimentary, even though it said it wasn't on-line. It was really well done. More than just a continental. The business area was very helpful to have. Was able to print tickets to area attractions and save money. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, except a couple of breakfast staff. Not mean or did a bad job, but seemed like they hated there job.
Cons: Stayed here for the price. I'm used to nicer hotels so it's difficult for me to compare. Bathroom is small. I wish there had been a jacuzzi by the pool.
Location: Needed to stay close to my daughter, but it wasn't a far drive to Fort Benning or the uptown area. Drive into Atlanta was about 1hr. 30mins.

Staff were all great to deal with. Liked the personal service at breakfast too! My room was clean and i slept very well in the bed.

Good mid-range hotel at a great price

Pros: Staff was very nice and professional even at 3am.
Cons: Would like complimentary water bottles or a cooler or drinking fountain by the vending machines
Location: Krystal's fast food, kind of like white castle. Also the national infantry museum at Ft. Benning is awesome!
I wanted a hotel that wasn't dirty or in a bad part of town, was clean and wasn't too expensive. I got exactly what I wanted. I had to get up at 3am and go to the atm in the lobby because I was thirsty and the room has no water, there are no drinking fountains and the vending machines only take cash. The ATM gave me a $20 which I broke at the front desk and the receptionist was very nice. One improvement that could be made to save customers hassle is stock the fridge with a water bottle. Not very expensive but a nice touch when its 3am and you'd rather not wander all the way to the first floor lobby.

Hotel was OK...

Pros: It was clean and comfortable!
Cons: WIFI Breakfast selections-self serve drinks would be nice. Long wait for beverages Pool-at least pick-up and straighten chairs. Earlier open time
Hotel was OK... We did not have wifi as advertised (one of the reasons we chose this hotel). Being from out of town, internet needs were quite high. Due to the lack of wifi, we had to report it three times before their IS group contacted us to inform us it was our phone (acutally 5 phones, a computer and a tablet) that had issues. The very last morning as we were checking out, the wifi suddenly began to work. As a result, in addition to my hotel cost, I will also have an additional cost for my extra data that was used because of the lack of wifi. Not happy... Hotel - clean Free breakfast - just OK. Not a large selection given we had to pay an additional $10 for my son who is at Fort Benning. Drinks took some time to get. Self serve would have been nice. Pool - could have used some attention and should open earlier given how hot Georgia gets. It would have been nice to drink coffee and read the paper by the pool....but it didn't open until 10am despite no life guard. Made no sense.

Never Again!

I will never again stay here or recommend this hotel. The ac did not work in the room. The room was so humid it was damp. The hallway was the same way. No breakfast like advertised. Old rooms. Needs a remodel.

Staff were incredible, they made sure I was taken care of at all times. They gave me phone numbers to reliable taxis and told me all the best places to go. After my wallet was stolen with id and cards inside they helped me figure out what I should do. Especially Shelia at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport so I could get back home. Awesome staff!

1 night stay ok

Long and stuffy hallways as well in stairway. No elevator nor obvious AC. Room was clean and comfortable but once again stuffy at first impression. Good place to crash over night but I wouldn't stay any longer. Continental breakfast food was warm at best. All hotel staff were pleasant.
